Dear Sinisa, Refer to the Ingsoft attachment sent by below mail. Please note and forward to the Designer the following: 1. VEHICLE LOAD: If Designer assume one wheel on the top, the other one cannot act all around MH. Have assume horizontal load due to 33kN/m2 look like sketch No 1 in attachment No 1? If it is, than this is not acceptable since internal forces (bending moments and axial forces) as well as stresses are less than on sketch No 2 in Attachment No 1. Case No 2 in Attachment No 1 is realistic and critical and the vehicle load should be considered like that. Pressure due to vehicle cannot be constant all around (sketch No 1) as you said. Bear in mind that due to vehicle load you have uneven load on unsymmetrical MH. As you can see in Attachment No 2 due to case which you are claiming as critical (one wheel on the top another on the soil) you have min three possible cases. If you consider those please shown that by sketch indicating which one is critical. INTERNAL FORCES= bending moments and axial forces in both directions (horizontal- radial and vertical-

axial). SECTION CHARACTERISTICS= moment of inertia (Ix, Iy) and cross sections. 2. See Attachment No 2. 3. Accepted. 4. See sketches in Attachment No 2. Please note that we do not know how the program assume applied load of 33kN/m2 i.e. how you applied the same (let say if program consider resultant of horizontal and vertical soil pressure and how the same is considering 33kN/m2 in all depth like you say). Maybe we didnt understand each other properly. We are asking to show how much of 33kN/m2 is acting on cone. A sketch which will show that. What you are showing on sketch is that 33kN/m2 is on the ground level, not the load which is acting on the cone. Do you want to say that you consider 33kN/m2 as vertical load even on the cone? Anyway, if the load analysis (shown sketches) as well as input data (section characteristics) and output data (maximum bending moments and internal forces given by modeling) are acceptable we will accept calculation accepting that the loads from sketches are applied in the model. It is not enough to show only finial result for principal stresses. That is only information. PICL is requested to approved design calculation and the same can be approved only if you show us proper input and output data. That is the reason why we are insisting to show input and output data. Simply to know what we are approving. Hence please provide the same. Regards, Vesna Djordjevic,
