1. PROMOTER. The promoter of this prize draw is LivingSocial Limited, 25 Wellington Street, London WC2E 7DA (the Promoter). 2. TO ENTER. To enter, follow the @LivingSocialUK Twitter account and tweet: @LivingSocialUK with deals url and #DiscoverLondon between 9am (GMT) 3rd January 2013 and 5pm (GMT) 11th January 2013. No purchase is necessary. Both the follow and the tweet must be completed on or before 5pm (GMT) on each day between 3rd January and 11th January 2013 in order to be entered into the prize draw. By following and tweeting in this way you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. 3. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT. The winning entry will be chosen at random by the Promoter, from all valid entries, each day in the period between 3rd January 2013 and 13th January 2013 at 5pm (GMT). The winner will be announced via a tweet from @LivingSocialUK on or shortly after 5pm on each day, and the winner will be contacted by Direct Message on Twitter, to the Twitter account associated with the winning entry. The winner will have ve (5) business days to respond to the Direct Message claiming the Prize, or that winner will forego the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter will arrange for a substitute winning entry to be chosen at random from all remaining valid entries. 4. ELIGIBILITY. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees or agents (and any member of the household of such persons) of the Promoter or any member of the Promoters group. 5. VALIDITY. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. 6. THE PRIZE. There is one prize for one winner each day, compris ing a chosen LivingSocial UK deal (excluding LivingSocial Escapes and LivingSocial Shop deals). The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value (including cash or credit) should the specied Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The Prize is not transferable. The Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be delivered to any UK address at the winners choice and on a date of the winners choice but excluding weekends and public holidays, and no later than 28 days following Closing. If delivery cannot be made within 28 days of Closing, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize. 7. WINNER PUBLICITY. Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. 8. SUSPENSION/CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and condi tions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. 9. WINNING ENTRY DETAILS. YOUR DATA. By entering this draw, entrants agree that their data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this prize draw, always in accordance with LivingSocials Privacy Policy at http://www.livingsocial.com/privacy_policy. Entrants' contact details will not be passed outside of LivingSocial for marketing purposes. 11. GOVERNING LAW. This prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
