This year the Season of Christmas extends through to

the 13th January when we celebrate the Feast of the
Bapsm of the Lordand I would urge us all to
connue to celebrate the great gi we have been
given in the Incarnaon for all of the Season of
Christmas...andeachandeverydayofyearaswell.

As I menoned elsewhere, we have the privilege to

welcomeagreatnumberofvisitorsamongusforboth
the celebraon of Christmas and for much of the
summer holiday period. As a community of faith,
revelling in the gi of the Incarnaon, I would
encourage us all to make those guests welcome
amongus,notonlyinourchurchbuildingsbutalsoin
ourwidercommunity.

And speaking of making visitors welcome, we

welcomeFrMichaelKellysjtoourcommunityforthe
celebraon of Christmas and across the January
holiday period. I would encourage you to make Fr

SRE (Scnir1unr) IN 2012
Thankyou to all the wonderful SRE (Scripture)
volunteers who spread the Gospel message and our
faithtochildreninthegovernmentschoolsofForster,
Tuncurry and Pacic Palms. The SRE teachers and
assistants develop a posive relaonship with the
students and were able to encourage and support
over200childrenintheirfaithjourneyduring2012.
