1. Workshop for Literary Editors and Staff - Proofreading symbols - Fragments and run-ons - Usage Glossary 2. Conceptualizing for the theme of the yearbook Themes: * Comics/Manga/Doodle - It should be customized every page - The drawing will depend on the section - It should look like a magazine - Drawings are alike on newspapers/Caricature - Choose five artists with assigned tasks each on the logo, caricature, doodle, etc * iPad * Coffee Table Book - It should have a lot of pictures - It must have appealing write-ups * Travel through Time (Classic) - Every section will have different theme (70s, 80s, 90s, futuristic, etc) FOCUS: Enhance the write-ups! 3. September 6 Orientation on the Echoes Photo shoot - Special morning assembly on the Jarrow Hall - It will take the one hour homeroom period - Orientation on the guidelines, props and costumes to bring, about the creative and formal shoot - The meeting would last most likely 15 to 30 minutes - Schedule of photo shoot: September 13, 14 and 15 Tentative Area: Lower Ground of LRC Reading Area Preparation and Dressing Room - Guidelines * Restrictions - No bringing of props that promotes vices (ex. Cigarettes and liquor) - No bringing of props that promotes violence (ex: guns) unless it goes with your outfit

- The costume should not be too revealing * Creative shoot is a way to express the students creativity. They can portray their future career if they want. * Include sample pictures of formal and creative shot of previous years on the PowerPoint presentation, but the face needs to be blurred. * Barkada Shot - Groupings (two groups per class) - Own choice of theme - It should have a story - Not necessarily according to the pre-course * Send guidelines to Mrs. Robles * PowerPoint c/o Sir Sonajo * Best Creative Photo c/o Merky Time Ended: 4:15 pm
