Pravin,
Thank you for your recent submission to our RFP concerning Bangalore Power Trading for Cisco. We would now like to invite you to present and discuss with us in more detail exactly how your company intends to provide the following elements of the SOW that we disclosed to you in the RFP documentation. We also may be asking you questions about pricing, your compliance to the Cisco Master Service Agreement and all other elements of your bid so please be prepared to answer questions as well as information on the following specific delivery requirements: If you have any queries in this regard, please feel free to get them clarified during this interactive session. The meeting invite with the WebEx dial in details will be sent separately.

SOW points for further discussions as under : a) Supplier shall provide the following Services to i. Collect and study the consumption patterns and cost of energy including electricity and diesel fuel used to generator electricity of Ciscos Bangalore Campus. Supplier should present a data request document to Cisco to collect the required information as well as meet with key individuals in the procurement of energy, operations related to energy consumption and growth panning for the Campus. The information collected should include, but not be limited to: Utility bills Utility tariff documents Electric metering and sub-metering data Diesel fuel bills Generator operational strategy and sequences

ii. Develop a trading strategy based on Cisco information gathered above and the Suppliers understanding and knowledge of the Power Exchange and Indian utility market. The strategy should establish the following parameters daily for the following day per hourly trading period under given market conditions: iii. Quantity Bid Price

Ensure that the trading strategy takes into account, but is not limited to, the following parameters: Regulations associated with utility and Power Exchange market operations Historical power prices and patterns Weather implications

Local and national load dispatch center operations including generation and distribution shutdowns and capacities Cisco operations and energy consumption

iv. Continue to monitor and study regulations and market rules and advise Cisco of potential changes that could be impactful to the trading strategy including regular interaction with the major power providers within the market v. Maintain appropriate licenses to allow the Supplier to trade on the Power Exchange(s) for the State of Karnataka and any intra-state needs vi. Prepare and submit all required statutory application filings, approvals, and open access clearances to scheduling on behalf of Cisco vii. Communicate daily via e-mail the results of the day ahead bids by 6PM local time, both for successful and unsuccessful bids, including the exchange power schedule and advise to the local Cisco team on the amount and duration of on-site generation required viii. Provide a monthly report summarizing Ciscos market activity over the prior month and fiscal year to date as well as a narrative describing the market conditions and strategy implementation for the upcoming month. The report should also include daily average market clearing rates as well as hourly block pricing for the exchange(s). Final report format to be determined jointly with Cisco, CBRE, and the Supplier.
