Completely redesigned existing spaces at malls around the country for new outlets and flagship store. Over 40,000 sq.ft. in total. New store location at 5th avenue at a historic landmark building. 2500sq.ft. New sales offices for VIP areas at Madison Square Garden. Complete redesign of existing space for luxury interior setting. Faade renovation and improvement of retail stores at first level. Designed modular storefront system for custom subdivision. Complete redesign of existing museum space to convert into a restaurant. Complete change of Occupancy type. Existing metal frame building expands its boat storage facility. Also, adding a 2-story masonry structure, to facilitate Members Lounge, Restaurant and Retail Outlet. Project size: 40,000 sq. ft. Use conversion for an existing wood frame building. Convert from private residence to offices. Greco-Roman style superstructure with site encompassing four lots. Project Size: 11500 sq.ft. New, two-story masonry duplex entertaining 6-car parking, 4 bedroom units, with lofts and private recreation areas. Project size: 5600 sq.ft. New, two-story, masonry, private residence, with Nana-walls. Featuring a loft with atrium and art-studio. Unique features include a fire-kiln and several clearstories. Project size: 6800 sq.ft. Restoration and design of an existing wood frame residence, damaged during hurricane Wilma. Project size: 2500 sq.ft. Restoration and design of existing, metal frame, boat storage facility severely damaged by major hurricane. Facility includes boat storage, offices and workshop. Project size: 18000 sq.ft. Tenant-improvement project for Nova Plaza Shopping Center. Master planning and design for Starbucks style eat-in cafe with juice-bar and an electric fireplace. Project size 1200 sq.ft. Under the umbrella of a Retail division of the Award-winning commercial-retail firm, produced tenant-improvement designs for brand-name clients. Projects integrated disciplines of architecture, store planning, interior design, and fixture design, lighting design and visual communication. Worked on projects in 45 states, including New York. New Development and conversion of existing structures from F and M type occupancy to R, in R-6 Zoning Districts in Brooklyn, New York. These are Quality Housing, Multi-Family, sprinkled, masonry, and light metal frame, buildings 4 or 5 stories in height. Featuring lofts, elevators, recreational areas, landscaping, and private parking. Design of these structures involved use of both old and new NYC building codes, under Accessibility and UL Guidelines. The final result were new luxury developments, ranging in size from 4500 to 6500 sq. ft.

Conversion of existing factory to warehouse. Project size 3500 sq.ft. Kosher Supermarket Conversion of existing factory to food market. Design involved store planning as well as architectural design. Space planning and Production of installation drawings for fixtures and millwork.
