Shape Shoulder All Sizes Row 1 (Wrong Side): Slip st in first 3 sc, working in front loops only, sc in each sc across, turn12 (13, 13, 14, 15) sc. Edging With Right Side facing, join yarn with slip st in a side seam on lower edge. Round 1 (Right Side): Work sc evenly spaced all the way around all edges of vest, working 3 sc in each corner of lower edge, and ensure that you have a multiple of 4 sts (the number of sts needs to be evenly divisible by 4); join with slip st in first sc.
