January 7 (Monday) 7:30 PM Full consistory meeting. We will switch from an elders meeting to a Church Visitation meeting with Rev. D. Kranendonk and Rev. J. Lewis, on January 21, 2013. January 19 - (Saturday) 7 AM Mens Breakfast Bible Study at the Rainbow Grill in Hudsonville. January 8 (Tuesday) 9:45 AM Ladies Bible Study. Coffee is at 9.45 and the lesson starts at 10. All ladies are welcome and nursery is provided.

January 8 (Tuesday) 7 PM Dorcas Guild meeting. Our project for January is to help the Pregnancy Resource Center. The entire congregation is encouraged to put donations in the crib in the basement. Donations may be placed in it for the entire month. Thank you so much! January 9 (Wednesday) 5:45 PM This months fellowship meal will be hosted by our Youth Group once again. No need to bring a dish to pass!! Just come ready to enjoy a delicious dinner and help support your Youth Group with a donation toward Youth Groups spring break mission trip. The Youth Group plans to do this for the last time for the season, for the February 13 fellowship meal. Thank you for your support. January 9 (Wednesday) 7 PM Fellowship meeting. Health permitting, Pastor Al Martin will be the speaker for this evening. January 9 (Wednesday) 7 PM Boys & Girls Club. Regular meeting for all. January 12 (Saturday) There will not be a service at Mel Trotter Mission this week, due to chapel renovations. January 13 (Sunday) 4:15 PM Youth Group meeting. Snack: Frans Ude

Visitors, welcome. We hope you are blessed through worshiping with us this Lords Day. Today and next Sunday, we welcome Dr. David Murray who will conduct our worship services both Lords Days, the Lord willing. The Sunday School & Catechism classes (beginners 7 grade) will meet upstairs today. The Psalter of the month is #188: 1, 3 & 4. Please review with your child(ren). The Deacons are planning to host a Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University class starting January 15, 2013. FPU is a biblically based curriculum that teaches people how to handle money in Gods way. In 9 lessons, youll learn to take control of your money, invest for the future, and give like never before! Please contact Mark Moerdyk or Joel Markwat if you have any questions or to sign up.

~ Other News ~
The Heritage Voices will begin practice again on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 7:30pm, the Lord willing. Additional members are welcome to join with us. Mission Update The directors of Foreign Missions can report a year free of financial constraints. Our thanks and praise goes first and foremost to our gracious God, but also to our faithful supporters. The churches have responded generously to our needs and we also have a number of generous donors who privately give their support for the work of missions. A few months ago we received notice that FRMI is beneficiary in a will bequest in a not yet disclosed amount. Thank you to those who keep us in mind with your last wishes. Perhaps more of us can follow this example so that the blessings God has showered on us during our lifetime can have enduring blessing in the lives of other people who need to hear the good news of Salvation. May God through His Spirit mightily bless our feeble efforts and draw many people to Himself.
