Place the dial at the "0" mark. Pull the handle of the combination lock. While pulling, rotate the dial clock-wise. Once feeling a slight pressure, as if though the dial is stuck, between two numbers, write down the middle number. 5. Continuously do number 4 until the dial rotates all the way back to the "0" mark. There should be a total of twelve numbers, five being whole numbers, and seven ending in ".5". 6. Mark out all the numbers ending in ".5", the only numbers left must be whole. 7. Note how all but one of the whole numbers end in the same number. The odd number will be the third number in the combination. 8. Divide the odd number by 4 and get the remainder. 9. Once given the remainder, add 4 to it to form a set within the number 40 boundary. That will be the first set; one of the numbers in the set will be the first number in the combination. 10. There is a specific, constant code for the second set: R=0=2 1=3 2=0 3=1 Get the equivalent number of the remainder and add 4 to it to form the second set, the numbers ending with the maximum being 40. The second number of the combination is in that second set. 11. Through trial and error, move the dial to the first number, than to the second, than to the third. The first and second will vary in accordance to the set, but the third number is always constant. Within minutes of trying out different combination, the true combination will have been determined and unlock the lock. III. Conclusion

CRACK A COMBINATION LOCK Locke's locker is locked with a lock. Locke lost the combo for the lock, so Locke flocks the locker with the lock with knocks and rocks, but the lockers lock blocks and the lockers lock is still left locked. With a locker with a lock that Locke cannot unlock, how can Locke unlock the locker with the lock? And luckily, unlocking the lock is not as difficult as it was to say why the lock needed to be unlocked anyway. There are various ways to go around opening a lock that have an unknown combination, such as picking it or cracking it. And though picking a lock would be quicker, finding out the combination would be a more practical choice. With your standard combination lock, there are a total of 64,000 possible combinations, and would take weeks, months, even years to figure out. But there is a method to make it that only 100 possible combinations are available, and should only take minutes to figure out. All you really need to determine the password of a combination lock is the actual combination lock itself, knowledge on basic division and addition, and some writing materials to put down your solutions. First, get your lock and place the dial at the "0" mark, and then pull the handle of the combination lock tightly. While pulling, rotate the dial clock-wise. Once feeling a slight pressure, as if though the dial is stuck between two numbers, write down the middle number. Release your pressure only by a little but, so as to be able to move the dial again, then continue writing the middle numbers of two pressures until the dial rotates around the entire lock, going back to the "0" mark. After writing down all the middle numbers, there should be a total of twelve, five being whole numbers, and seven ending in ".5". Mark out all the numbers ending in ".5", the only numbers left must be whole. Note how all but one of the whole numbers end in the same number, that odd number will be the third number in the combination. Then divide the odd number by 4 and get the remainder. Once given the remainder, which can only be 0, 1, 2, or 3, add 4 to it to form a set within the number 40 boundary. That will be the first set. One of the numbers in that first set will be the first number in the combination. For the second set of numbers, there is a specific, constant code: when the remainder is equal to 0, its equivalent is 2 then; 1 to 3; 2 to 0; and 3 to 1. After getting the equivalent number of the remainder, add 4 to it to form the second set, the numbers ending with the maximum being 40. The second number of the combination is in that second set. And lastly, through trial and error, move the dial to the first numbers, than to the second, than to the third. The first and second will vary in accordance to the set, but the third number is always constant. Within minutes, or even seconds if youre lucky, the true combination will have been determined and unlock the lock. Through this simple method, we were able to determine the combination of the lock on Lockes locker. But please note, this method is to be purely used for personal items.
