Moisture Separator Reheater


The function of the Moisture Separator Reheater(MSR) is to improve the quality of the high-pressure turbine exhaust steam before it enters the low pressure turbine. The operation mechanically removes the moisture from the high-pressure turbine exhaust steam, then reheats the dry steam almost to its initial live steam temperature by passing it though a hot tube bundle. Depending on existing turbine conditions, we can replace the internal tube bundle on site or replace the tube bundle and shell on site

Performance Analysis & Performance Testing


Performance Analysis provides the quantitative evaluation of performance deterioration in the turbine cycle through steam path audits during overhaul. Performance testing provides turbine performance assurance through precision testing after repair or retrofit work for long-term service power plants and performance assurance for new power plants.
