We have worked for ten years trying to achieve this goal.And we have a profound theory system written in Chinese language in more than ten millions words. Three community branches that we built up in Yunnan Province, China are currently running very well, and have been receiving attention and care from all levels of Chinese government. We call this project the development of the Second Home. So what is the Second Home? It is a big family life model without the existence of marriage and nuclear family. In this big family, resources are shared by all members, and the nurture and education of kids, the care of the senior residents are the pure responsibility of the community, which means that children are no more responsible for the wellbeing of their parents and vice versa. In this family, Each does his best according to his ability and asks for what he need. The management model of the Second Home is paradise-like management, in other words, a management without management is the best management. The practice of this nomanagement model has well proved that our theories are very workable. There are about two hundred people now living in the Second Home, and we have achieved the following remarkable results after three and a half years: The heavy and trivial household chores have disappeared because all jobs are professionized and specialised; people now have more time and energy for work, study and entertainment.

 Criminal activities doesnt exist at all, even quarrel, fight and stealing are hardly seen. Everyone is hard-working and kind, no one is lazy. The environment of the Second Home is very nice and tidy. Peace and tranquility can be felt everywhere; most residential places are surrounded by green vegetations, a variety of flowers with fragrance are blossoming all year around. People become healthier,and fewer people get sick every year. People have a free and rich love life because of the absence of marriage and monogamous relationship. Because Lifechanyuan never participates in any political, religious or criminal activities, the Second Home has maintained a very friendly relationship with provincial and local governments, and also the neighbours. The Second Home has received the attention of prominent people from all around the world; there have been visitors from French, Switzerland,Germany, United States coming to experience the new lifestyle and know more about our community, and they have all given us very high comments. There are still more people from different countries planning to visit the community soon. At the moment, there isnt any forces or obstacles preventing the development of this new life model, on the level of both theory and practice.
