PROFILE

I have over 39 years in the real estate industry, most of which was as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. This valuable experience allowed me the opportunity to work with many of the nations largest home builders, building relationships and earning their respect. Having been a chief appraiser for a large west coast mortgage company that specialized in residential development, and then a vice president of a national mortgage / appraisal company, I know how to value a home. Through my experience, Ive has been able to earn the respect and build relationships with many different lenders, both large and small, most of the areas title companies, as well as having direct contact with those in the building trades. I have the reputation of being honest, proactively communicates with my clients, of being independent, and someone you can rely on to get the job done to your satisfaction. I graduated from San Jose State University, with a major in business management.
