The main objective of Credit Retriever is to analyze the applicants income, retrieve a credit report and analyze the results to generate a leasing recommendation. Rental History reports can also be retrieved. Credit Retriever leverage key consumer data to identify well qualified prospects and bring the right rental applicants. It has the ability to tap into criminal records from all 47 states and analyze credit, criminal and eviction data. Website module of Credit Retriever is used to display credit, criminal and eviction information, where the complex internal algorithm has been used to compute the scoring based on predefined set of factors. Data can be drawn either instant or non-instant based on the availability. Administration module helps customer to setup organization unit like Customer, Region and Property information.

Ticket Reissue/Refund is a product of EDS MYP offering. It caters to the ticket reissue needs of some of the American airlines. Ticket Re-issue/Refund (TRR) deals with the following scenarios: Involuntary - when a passenger is forced to change travel plans. Voluntary - when a passenger decides to change his/her travel plans once the ticket has been issued. There are two web service operations that TRR exposes: Quote Reissue Generates a quote id based on various parameters like passenger count, base fare, local currency etc and results whether the transaction is an add-collect or refund-due.
