Personal Experience
Once in LRBT (eye care hospital), I had to present on a topic. Ive decided to present in oral and written both because both communications are important in our lives. It becomes easy to make understand the audience because its not necessary that our all audience is educated. There is always need to explain whatever is written. I made the presentation but it was not containing the longer material. Ive just focused on contents because it had to shown formally but only I was and my few people from my audience were able to understand what the meanings are or what these contents were because the contents or the key points were not familiar to all. These were some medical terms. One more important reason for choosing written communication was that I could review the previous slides. Contents were harder to understand thats why I explained because I had to make understand all of my audience. I made the contents easier by using simple words and was using the language that could be easily understood by people. After completing my presentation I got feedback too. Feedback was success for me because all of my audience got my point. Then, Ive felt written communication is important for formal documentation but oral communication is more effective than the written. Because of oral communication one can easily understand whatever the presenter wants to convey.
