Actions from last minutes Continue with implementing codes Jun Xiang, Jia Hui Continue with modifying of UI Sing Hui Update changes in original technical design (database) SingHui Understand the functions in the program and designed of test cases. Implementation All administration functions are done and checked thoroughly. Databases are updated according to expectation. Current version of implementation is compiled and shown and review to the group members. Following pointers are to be take note: - Creates more validation for the input textbox. - Hash functions need to be implemented. Continue with implementation of user make query. All to note

Current Situation Problem with generation of reports in make queries. Implementers are discussing the different methods to generate report. Researches are done to figure out how to export report to excel document. User Interface is not refined enough. Sing hui will re-do the banner. Sing hui is tasked to compile project dairies and minutes. Joel is making sure all the test cases are included in the test plan. Testing requirements and log files are used to ensure so. Deliverables on 19 January 2013: System Test Plan and Progress Report including the Minutes of Meeting and Project Diary. All to take note
