WERE A DOG FRIENDLY COMMUNITY The Preserve is a dog friendly community but some residents continue to refuse to pick up their dogs waste. We provide the conveniently located dog stations with complimentary bags. Please encourage anyone you see not utilizing these to begin abiding by the rules & regulations. We all benefit! HELP IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNITY Get involved! As home owners, we can help improve our community by better managing access to our amenities. Each home owner pays a monthly HOA fee. I f you see someone damaging our community property or trespassing, call the Police at 910-253-7490. Its our civic duty. MANAGE YOUR ACCESS CARD Recently, there have been several incidents wherein non-residents have gained access to the clubhouse through someone loaning them their FOB card. This is strictly prohibited. Any guest must be accompanied by a bonafide resident at all times. Help us insure you have access.

RESIDENT REMINDER
Each resident is accountable for compliance of EVERY rule & regulation outlined in the rules & regulations of The Preserve Condominium Association documents. Some residents continue to ignore the following: No dangerous dogs are allowed. TRASH & MORE TRASH!
The dumpsters & re-cycle bins are located for the convenience of all residents. However, some residents still leave re-cycle items around and in the re-cycle bins long after the bins are totally full. The HOA Board is working to obtain larger re-cycle bins but until they arrive, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LOOSE ITEMS AROUND THE BINS. PLEASE PUT ANY LOOSE ITEMS IN THE BIG DUMPSTERS WHEN THE RECYCLE BINS ARE FULL. Also, residents in building 3 are supposed to deposit their trash in the dumpsters located behind building 4. Please use the appropriate dumpsters assigned to your building. This will allow the residents associated with the specific dumpsters to have adequate space for their trash.

More Privacy Shutters Have Arrived! Building 4 Now Leading The Way.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Pick up dogs waste with provided waste bags. Vehicles parked in garages without valid Resident Sticker or valid registration or license plate. No trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked on the premises. Owners leasing condos without notifying the HOA Board. Residents (whether renter or owner) must comply with every Rule & Regulation. If you do not have a copy of The Preserve Condominium Rules & Regulations, contact the CAMS Manager and request one. It is YOUR PERSONAL responsibility to be familiar with and comply with all of them.
