"I believe it is the responsibility of every generation to reach their generation for Christ.
Jack Wyrtzen: Founder of Word of Life International

There are three major prayer requests we would like to share with you concerning our personal ministry and the Bible Institute
First, we would like to ask your prayers concerning our personal monthly support. As most of you know, beginning in January 2014, we are obligated to start paying into the Hungarian health care system, as well as the social security system. Simply stated, we need to raise an additional 25% support to cover these taxation expenses if we are to remain above-reproach before God and the government. Please pray that the Lord would provide this necessary monthly support, and in the meantime, pray that we would trust HIM!

Secondly, we would like to ask your prayers for the Solid Foundation Scholarship Fund, because we are still 30% short of the total goal for this school year. This year we have 31 students from Central and Eastern Europe who are in need of financial help from the Scholarship Fund. Will you please pray with us concerning financial partners for the Scholarship Fund? We are confident that the Lord will provide the necessary funds if He wills to do so. Please pray for supporters who will join with the Bible Institute as we train young men and women from all over Europe for a lifetime of ministry. It truly is an investment in eternity!

Finally, we would appreciate your continued prayers for the renovation of the final dormitory on campus. We are at MAX capacity when it comes to student housing. As of January 2013, there are 68 students enrolled at the Bible Institute and nearly every bed, desk, and dorm room is filled! If the Lord wills the Bible Institute to continue growing, we will definitely need more housing. What a wonderful problem to have! The ultimate dream is to renovate the final communist barrack (pictured below) into a multi-level student housing center. This is a big project. We as a Bible Institute staff have been praying with faith for over a year, and we will continue to do so believing that God wants more young people equipped for a lifetime of service. We know that the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Please pray with us in faith that God would provide the resources and help to erect a great facility that can be used during the summer for more campers to hear the gospel, and during the school year for addition students to be trained in the Word.

For more information about any of the prayer requests listed above, email Jill Weaver: jweaver@eletszava.org.
