2. Key features of the credit product The type of credit. The total amount of credit. This means the amount of credit to be provided under the agreement. Running Account Credit The credit limit will be determined by us from time to time. We will provide notice of it to you. If your application for credit is accepted, we will give you an initial credit limit based on your application details and other information available to us. We may change your credit limit at any time to such sum as we may determine and give you notice of any such change including at the time of any Request to draw down funds. You can also ask us to increase your credit limit, but this will be at our discretion, and only if we are satisfied that you will be able to afford to repay. You can ask us to reduce your credit limit at any time. How and when credit would be provided. You will need to register online and set up an account with us (Registration). We will normally issue you with a unique personal identification number (PIN) which you must use when you make a request to draw down funds by text message. You can request to draw down an amount of credit up to the credit limit (Request) by logging on to your secure online account on our website at www.minicredit.co.uk (Website) or by sending a text message from the mobile phone number you provided during Registration. Your first Request to draw down the full amount of the credit limit will be taken to be made when we enter into the credit agreement. Any subsequent Request must be made in accordance with the Request instructions published on our Website from time to time. Subject to our right to suspend the Credit Facility or your right to make further draw downs, we will deposit funds to your bank account, using the details you provided during Registration. The Fast Advance Transmission Fee of 19.50 will be applied to your account and the amount of credit (less the Fast Advance Transmission Fee which will be deducted from this sum) will be credited to your bank account within 15 minutes of us receiving your Request, unless your bank is not a member of the faster payments scheme, in which case, payments will be received on the same day, if the Request is received by 14.30 or on the next working day. The Fast Advance Transmission Fee will not be refunded if we are prevented from making a faster payment as a result of your bank not being a member of the faster payments scheme. You may not draw down any further amounts under the Credit Facility until you have fully repaid any existing credit you have drawn down together with interest and charges, or for as long as you are in breach of any other obligations under the credit agreement. The credit agreement has no fixed or minimum duration. The payment due date is the 42nd day after the date we pay the credit into your bank account or such other day as we may agree to and notify you of from time to time. When you make a Request you may ask that we agree a specific payment due date which is a date between 1 and 42 days after the day that we pay the credit into your account. If we agree to that specific payment due date, we will notify you. We will not agree to change the payment due date once we have paid credit into your account.

You must repay the full amount of credit outstanding plus accrued interest and any applicable charges added to your account by the payment due date. You can repay early but you must still pay the interest and any charges relevant to that month on or before your payment due date. We will apply any amounts you pay us towards interest and charges before we pay off any amount you have drawn down. As we do not yet know the amount that you will borrow, we are obliged by law to make certain assumptions to help you understand the total amount you will have to pay. Total amount payable: 520 The total amount payable illustrates the amount you would need to pay back assuming that: (1) You draw down 400 immediately and then repay it in twelve equal monthly instalments over a year (2) the interest rate and any charges do not change; and (3) you comply with the terms of the credit agreement. The APR is also based on these assumptions.

3. Costs of the credit The rates of interest which apply to the credit agreement. Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APR). This is the total cost expressed as an annual percentage of the total amount of credit. The APR is there to help you compare different offers. Related costs Any other costs deriving from the credit agreement. The following charges apply to the credit agreement: Debit Card Validation Fee 0.01 To be deducted from your debit card to validate it and refunded automatically in three working days. To be deducted from any amount drawn down before transfer to your bank account. The cost of sending the text message if you apply by text, charged to your mobile phone account. To be deducted from the next draw down of credit if we agree to unblock your account following a suspension of your Credit Facility or your right to draw down. The interest rate is 365% per annum (fixed) (equivalent to a fixed rate of 1% per day) 4144% APR We have based the APR on the same assumptions as those for the total amount payable above.

We may change any of these charges or introduce new charges for any valid reason, including to reflect changes in law or the systems we rely on to run our business. We will give you 30 days notice of any change unless it is to your benefit, in which case we will tell you as soon as we can. If you do not wish to accept the change, you can terminate the agreement but must repay any balance outstanding in accordance with the terms of the credit agreement.

Costs in the case of late payments.

Interest on any sums in arrears will be charged at the contractual rate set out above, both before and after judgment, until payment. Interest will not be charged on any interest or default charges applied to your account. The following charges will be added to your account if you do not repay or if we are unable to take payment from your debit card on the payment due date. If you do not pay or we are unable to collect full payment from your debit card on the payment due date. If you do not pay or we are unable to collect full payment from your debit card on a second attempt two days after the payment due date. You will also be liable to pay us any reasonable expenses and costs that we may incur in tracing you, or enforcing, or attempting to enforce, our rights under the agreement. Consequences of missing payments. Missing payments could have severe consequences, including legal proceedings being taken against you. We may provide details of any missed payments to Credit Reference Agencies which could make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.

4. Other important legal aspects Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day on which the credit agreement is made. You have the right to repay the credit early at any time in full or partially. If we decide not to proceed with a prospective regulated consumer credit agreement on the basis of information from a Credit Reference Agency we must, when informing you of the decision, inform you that it has been reached on the basis of information from a Credit Reference Agency and the particulars of that agency. You have the right, upon request, to obtain a copy of the draft credit agreement free of charge, unless we are unwilling at the time of the request to proceed to the conclusion of the credit agreement.
