ASSUMPTION OF RISK/WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT (READ CAREFULLY AND THEN SIGN AT THE BUTTOM)
To the organizers of Run Lite. Eat Lite. Live Lite, I, ______________________________________________________, ______ years old, with postal address at ____________________________________________________________ hereby declare and state that: In consideration of your acceptance of my entry and allowing my participation in the Run Lite. Eat Lite. Live Lite, I for myself and in behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge the Event Organizers, the Staff and Management of Bonifacio Global City, the Sponsors, the City of Taguig and their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, and all volunteer groups, organizations and individuals assisting this event, from all liabilities, damages or costs on account of any claims, actions, charges, complaints or rights of anyway connected with my participation in this event. I understand this waiver includes all claims based on negligence, action or inaction on the part of any of the above-mentioned parties. I fully recognize the difficulties of this event and declare that I am physically fit and able to compete in this event safely, and have not been told otherwise by a medically qualified person. Furthermore, I acknowledge that it is my obligation to secure myself adequate life and accident insurance coverage (inclusive of third party liability) to answer for any injury or loss of life and property or damage that may occur from any participation in this event, and that the abovenamed parties are in no responsibility for my failure to obtain such insurance coverage. I hereby give permission for the free use of my name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, and advertising promotions on account of this event. I agree that I am not entitled to refund my entry fee in the vent of race cancellation due to rain, storm, inclement weather or any unforeseeable condition or event, or any force majeure or for any cause beyond the reasonable control of the event organizers.
