I-MAX SPEED MATHEMATICS (VEDIC BASED PROGRAM)

Vedic Mathematics is the name given to the ancient system of Maths, which was rediscovered, from the Vedas between 1911 and 1918 by Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja who was the Sankaracharya of Govardhan Matha in Puri. They are called Vedic as because the sutras are said to be contained in the Atharva Veda. There are 16 Sutras or Formulae which solve all known mathematical problems in the Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Calculus.They are easy and simple to understand, apply and remember. I-Max Handwriting Program Bad handwriting of students is a common concern among teachers and parents. Even persistent coxing and insistence doesn't bear any fruits. We keep on telling them to write neatly, beautifully and correctly, but never address the root of the problem: that is nobody teaches them how to write properly. They don't know the proper shape of letters, difference between capital and small alphabets, correct body posture while writing, correct way to hold the writing instrument, techniques to enhance the writing speed etc. There are no shortcuts for good handwriting. Here at I Max, we address all these issues in a scientific manner. For handwriting improvement, we have designed a highly specialized and scientific course "Write right"..With our way of teaching, student learns the techniques of getting a proper posture while writing and the correct way of holding the pencil. Then they learn the writing the proper shape of letters, difference between capital and small letters, right way to join them. Then comes the practice part. With specialized and scientific practice method, developed by our in house team, writing speed of the student also improves. I-Max Nursery Teacher Training Program Pre-primary, nursery or early childhood education is the most significant phase of ones education. Good nursery education provides a solid foundation for the childs physical, instinctual and emotional growth. Ideally, a nursery program provides a stimulating environment to enhance the overall growth of a child. Objectives of a nursery program are to prepare the child for primary school education. It also emphasizes and focuses on the interaction, participation and group activities and penetrates creative and problem-solving skills in a child. Although structured, by and large, nursery education is flexible according to the needs of the child. Thus, while nursery education inculcates discipline in the child, it doesnt traumatize the child with its severity. A Nursery teacher is the real torchbearer of the above-said ideals. No child development plan can be successful in a nursery school unless the teacher responsible for imparting the education is well-versed with the theory and principles of that program and the factors of the developmental patterns of a childs personality. Here the Nursery Teacher Training Plan steps in. Objectives 1. The development and understanding of principles of various aspects of the child enrolled in the nursery education program. 2. To train them to plan activities and need-based education programs according to the childs capacity and mentality retention power. 3. To develop understanding of using and preparing various tools and techniques of childs education . 4. To understand the impact of parents family and society in large on the development of childs personality and learning capacity. 5. To make them familiar with the methods equipments and materials in nursery teaching. Eligibility criteria for admission in NTT One Year Diploma Course 1. Senior/ higher secondary or equivalent examination passed with minimum 45% marks. 2. Age 17 to 35yrs 3. 5% relaxation in minimum marks for SC/ST/ and physically challenged. Course Structure The course will be divided into four semesters. Of these, the first and the second will be dedicated to theory classes, the third will include practical lessons, and the fourth and final will comprise on job training. Theory exams will be held at the end of the first and the second semesters, while there will be a practical exam at the end of the third semester. At the end of the fourth semester, there will be mock classes and viva. Students will submit their practical files after completion of on-job training. Final evaluation will be based on mock classes and interview. The final result will be based on the marks of all four semesters. To get the diploma, students have to clear all the four exams. Students can appear for the next semester without clearing the previous semester but they will have to clear it in order to get the finals results. Examination fee for re-appearing in semester exams will be charged separately. There will be no marks for the on-job training. However, it is mandatory to get the diploma. We are offering franchise all over India under different categories: STATE MASTER FRANCHISE (SMF) As State Master Franchisee (SMF), you are supposed to look after the marketing and growth in the state. You get the support and policies from the company, but practically it is your state and you have to decide the working of various channels. You will appoint District Master Franchisees under you (one per district) and manage the whole district through them. These DMFs are then supposed to appoint I-Max Unit under them. All DMFs will report to you while you will report to company. DISTRICT MASTER FRANCHISE (DMF) As DMF you are suppose to look after the marketing and growth of a district of your state. You get the support and policies from your SMF OR Company and you have to decide the working of all I-Max Unit

Franchise. You will appoint I-Max Unit Franchisees under you, and manage them. All Unit Franchise will report to you, and you will report to SMF/Company. I-MAX UNIT FRANCHISE As I-Max Unit Franchise, you are the actual person who will manage the imparting of education to students. Your role shall be of managing your own Center only. You have to look after the marketing and growth of your Center. You get the support and policies from your DMF/SMF/Company. Infrastructure Required A well-illuminated room of about 200 sq. feet with amenities such as fans and comfortable seating arrangement tables and chairs for the students. A Salient features Agreement An agreement regarding terms and conditions to be signed on stamp paper. The agreement will be renewed after completions of three years. Service Tax (as applicable) will be charged extra. The Company will provide the promotional materials after signing the agreement. The Franchisee is responsible for local promotional activities with the prior consent of the company. I-Max Business synergy Purchasing a franchise means to become part of a "family "where all members work together for the good of the whole. All franchisees contribute and share ideas for the benefit of the franchise. Maintaining and upholding clearly defined operating procedures and quality standards. Contribution to growth through feedback, promotion, research and development. Training/ Course Instructors The franchisee fee and the cost of training one course instructor nominated by the franchisee. The course instructor should be a graduate under the age of 40. S/he must have a pleasing personality, good communication skills and an ability to handle children. In addition to English, the course instructor must also know the local language and be willing to work during weekends. The course instructors will be trained at the Registered Office of the Company & Franchise Place only. The course instructors will be trained from Level to level. The initial training will be for 2 days and from the 2nd level onwards will be for 1 day each. The training from 2nd level onwards will be given after completion of 10 weeks of every level. Franchisees will receive training and guidance from the franchisor to enable them to perform better. Support Services from Franchisor Franchisees can usually depend on the franchisor to provide relevant support services at a lower cost. The franchisor will assist franchisees in staff recruitment, accounting, location to better premises, conduction of local promotion et cetera. Royalty/Management Fee This is an on-going payment, usually made monthly, by the franchisee to the franchisor. The fee is usually based on a percentage of the gross monthly sales. However, it could also be a fixed fee or a variation of one or both. In return for this fee, the franchisor usually provides management services like updating of the procedures and continuous new product development.
