Morning Passes 1) The Egg The egg: Two large, in succession back strokes.

Then a slam down with both palms sort of facing in at the level of the stomach. Then 3 circles, palms down and open like if you were rubbing the top of a big, big egg, from front to back . Then palms & fingers spread facing each other, arms held as wide as your hips, at hip level three quick flicks up and down. Next with the hands in same position three large circles as if rubbing the sides of a big egg in front of you starting at your waist level down to the bottom of your thighs. Then you bend down and do three circles as if tracing the bottom of the egg just as at the top of the egg, palms facing up. While still bent over spread both arms wide and come in fast in a motion as if to pick up the egg. Quickly stand up holding the egg in both hands. Then take the egg your holding and smash it against your chest. Then rub it in and say MMMMMMM as you rub. This sounds too humorous for life. But it is a heck of a lot of fun. (Wouldn't it be funny If they were pulling our leg, and these passes are just a bunch of ridiculous movements.) But even if they are, I sure am having fun doing them! 2) The Primate the movements were simian in nature . It starts out by bending over and hanging your arms and hands down in front of you. Then it continues with alternating as if you were a monkey standing up as you raised your hands your hands continue about a count of six to the middle of your body then the simian gestures turn into a climbing like movement again as far as you can reach about a count of six. when all the way up you grab an imaginary bar or pipe and bring it down on your head in a breaking motion and then shower yourself with that energy touching your head face, neck and continue to your chest and down to your sides.

Relaxation Passes 1. Hands are moved out, palms facing each other with fingers touching. Then quickly turn them over to grab with fists, palm up. Hold for count of 10, don't strain breath. Then release, exhaling like a sign. Now swing to sides in outside circles, grabbing on side of waist, hold for 10 there, then release. 2. This time move hands out to face level (last was stomach level), then turn palms out and swing hands around to back, straight back, palms out. Then turn palms down, lift hands up in back, and grab with exhale, behind you. Hold for 10, then release and slowly let hands and arms drop to side. 3. Reach right hand in at shoulder level, palm flat and down, then grab there. Then reach left in similarly, but at stomach level on left, and grab too. Switch which is on bottom and which is on top 11 times, then hold for 10, and release with exhale. 4. Right hand palm up and flat at right side, left with palm down at solar plexus level. Now turn right and extend left hand to grab to the right, turning body but not knees. Right reaches back and grabs, palm up (left is down). Look back to make sure wrist is straight, but final gaze is to right. Exhale after holding for 10, and while exhaling slowly turn left to assume opposite pose for doing the left side. 5. Left hand palm up at solar plexus, right behind back resting in center at adrenal level, also palm up. Turn quickly to right and thrust both arms out, grabbing and looking to rear hand (right one), both fists have palms up. Hold for 10, then release while exhaling and slowly turning head to front arm. Do other side too.

once for each hand: a. snapping the web (between fingers) b. dispersing (squeeze knuckles) c. getting rid of the excess (fingers alternate clasped, poke in front) (reaches sensations of webbed fingers and toes prior to man) Pass #5 -- Rolling Energy (Minor) roll hands in front as if swimming, keeping palms flat (defines depth) push to sides (defines width) Pass #6 -- Massaging the Glands Around the Shoulder Blades (Minor) push shoulder blades back gently hands out in front, arms curved inward Pass #7 -- The Axis Breath (Major) arms crossed in front, around to top of head, down to in front of eyes index and first finger bent. down to floor, breath in/out 3x to middle on face, to top, breathing in (frees root energy from earth terminal to infinity) Pass #8 -- Forging the Central Power of the Body (Minor) hand to front of head, other hand in back, back and forth Pass #9 -- Two Prongs on the Face (Minor) hands: thumb under chin, first and index behind eyes, press (clears toxins in face from stress & tension) Pass #10 -- Reaching the Energy Hole Above the Head (Major) hands curl around, circling until above head, grab above head, circle down fists closed, stop with hands on thighs, quickly snap hands above head, inhaling. bring back down, repeat. Pass #11 -- The Infinity Breath (Major) while breathing in: bring hands up low around back, up, continue above shoulders, to top of head, around to forehead, palms out. start breathing out: down to floor, and out around, foar in front, to top in front.

Sorcery Pass #12 -- The Antenna (Major)


rub thumbs together, index and pointing fingers( like the devil sign) poking in front 3x. pull into chest. circle in front 1x, back 2x, do this 3x. pull to chest, poke: below, front, up 3x each. out to sides, to front, around to top, back to sides, 3x.

Second relaxation series:


1. Put left fist in front of forehead, right fist at back of head. Swing them around and up to switch sides. Do for count of 10 (2 sets of 5 or 2 sets of 10 if your arms can stand it). At end hold for count of 10 (as always tensing all muscles, particularly torso, but not straining breath), then release palms up as you sigh and exhale. 2. Put left fist at left ear, palm down. Right in front of forehead. Turn the crank on the leftside of your head with the left fist, 10 times. It goes up and over and down, "towards" your face at the top. Then the right turns a crank on your nose, up and to the left and down and to the right ("counterclockwise"). 10 of each, then hold and release as in last. Do opposite on rightside, the mirror image. There is a third in the second relaxation series I've seen, but I'm not sure we learned it. It's just like the double fisted thrust forward and back in the first series, but you look to the side, not the back, then just release by opening the hands. Note that the first series is for relaxation, but the second is to confuse the flyers mind. I think the rest were on the videos, except for some jumping and warmups.

You visualize a ball of energy between your feet which you pull with your eyes until it "hooks" on your chest. Then you look up as the ball rises until it hits the top of your personal energy region. You want to let the ball out of your personal sphere so that it can travel to the stars and return with "abstract energy". So you slice a hole in the top of your personal energy region and unscrew the "hatch". The ball travels out to the stars and then returns to "splash" all over the back of your neck. You breath in the energy, then screw the hatch closed. Then you allow the ball to go back into the earth where it came from.

The Oakland Series- Theme : 'Warriors on the run'


(For All Moves, feet shoulder width apart. Knees slightly bent.) The Warm-ups: The Shoulder roll Arms close to sides. Lift shoulders up. Really roll shoulders. Roll shoulders fully forward 3 times, then back 3 times. Do this 3 times. The four steps of nature: Shaking the mud of energy pick up left leg. movement is from hip. kick left leg back, foot horizontal. dont move knee..as if in a brace. whole leg is engaged. imagine kicking something off your energy body. stomach tight. do right leg. do 3 sets. Stepping over a root of energy pick up left leg. thigh horizontal. tension on foot. left leg circles out, then snaps back quickly. step as in stepping over something large. do right leg. do 3 sets.

Cracking a nugget of energy lift left leg up. bring whole left leg back, knee bent,toes pointing down. snap foot down, toes pointing at the ground. whole leg is tight. entire body stops the foot just before the foot hits the ground. do right leg. do 3 sets. Stirring energy with the foot lift leg up. thigh is horizontal, calf and foot are down. crouch, with lower back relaxed, foot flexed up. lower part of leg and foot does a quick jab (not snap) out in front aggressively, gathering energy. do right leg. do 3 sets. Side to Side movement Crouch, rolling upper body forward, arms curled in front. sway upper part of body to left. tail stays stationary. upper body is not twisting. switch smoothly to right. 3x. Neck Stretch

stretch upper back and chin down to touch bare neck. count to ten. lift head, turn diagonally 35 degrees left. repeat. turn to right. repeat.

The passes: (For all passes, start with hands down at sides shaking vigorously.) Stirring and grabbing energy from both sides of the body exhale for entire movement. shoot left arm up 10 o'clock, right out 4 o'clock, palms out. grab and twist both hands inward. bring hand into body with tension. open hands and rub just below rib cage. right hand on liver, left on pancreas. repeat with right arm at 2 o'clock and left at 8 o'clock. Cleansing the lungs exhale, placing arms in front, wrist crossed, right on top, closed fist down. fully extend arms in front shoulder level. lean left shoulder forward, then right, back to center. raise crossed arms above head. inhale as arms make wide sweeping circle from top to bottom back to top, clockwise. exhale, shoot bent arms out to sides, past body width. scoop arms backwards, all the way around to front, stopping with forearms up. flip arms over so that closed fists are now downward. Bend forward, opening hands and placing them below rib cage, on liver and pancreas.

Transporting front energy to the adrenals exhale, shooting left arm out in front, shoulder height, palm out, wrist flat, thumb cocked. scoop hand inward and around, palm now up. scoop hand outward, palm out. swing arm back grab/scooping, as you follow hand back with eyes, about 45 times. place left hand on adrenals and rub. hips straight, right shoulder forward. right arm is placed in front of the body with palm out, arm counterclock-wise. exhale totally. repeat with right hand. Grabbing lateral energy exhale for entire move. shoot arms flat out to your sides, palms down, arms slightly bent. flip palm up. then make a fist, then open hands. pull both elbows in behind back squeezing shoulder blades.

THE PASSES FOR THE FACE Ontario, CA 8/98 VIDEO LONG FORM 2 -- passes from the three videos, culminating with "The Male And Female Winged Beings"
VIDEO LONG FORM 1 -- passes from the three videos, culminating with "The Butterfly" 1st video 1. Perform "Helping The Flow Of Immunity", but after both hands have vibrated beneath the chin, do not return the hands to the lower back. Instead, inhale and perform "Two Prongs On The Face" for a count of 3. The hands immediately go into position to perform "The Lobster's Strike", right hand in front. Do three sets. The hands strike immediately into position for "The Ball Of Energy". Omit the initial adjustment of the hands--that is, the left begins above the right and ready to form the ball. Complete the movement, with three twists of the hands each time you form an energy ball.

Perform "Teasing The Web", with each part of the movement done in sets of three. The left thumb is initially on top as you get rid of the excess energy at the end. Perform "Rolling Energy", three small circles (l-r-l), three large (r-l-r), and three outward sweeps of the arms to end the movement. Immediately perform "Massaging The Glands Around The Shoulder Blades", three times. The wrists cross at waist level, left on top, palms up. Perform "The Axis Breath"--instead of taking three breaths as the forearms rest on the knees, pause a moment then inhale as the hands are retrieved to the midsection. At the end of the movement, the palms drop to face the floor by the hips. Perform "The Infinity Breath".

2nd video: 8. With the hands still overhead from 7., they sweep out and then are pulled up tight next to the ribcage as you inhale to begin "A Structure Made Out Of Energy". Immediately bring the edges of the palms together to perform "The Seer's Window". Arm with "Intent!" Take a step backwards, and perform "Rallying Dispersed Energy". With the hands still at the end of 8., continue to extend the left hand and pull back the right shoulder as you inhale for "Bringing Energy Down From Above The Head". Step forward with the left and bring up the right as the right palm strikes for "Transferring Energy To The Assemblage Point". Do not hold the hand in the back for a count of three, only pause momentarily. Complete on the left without stepping. With the palms still extended to the front face up, begin "Opening Oneself To Intent"--arm as usual with "Intent!" Perform "Pouring Intent Into Two Pouches Of The Body".

3rd video (changing phylums): 12. As you walk away to the left at the end of 11., begin "The Butterfly". After the three circles with each foot, turn to face the front before completing the movement.
