INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include all linens and bath towels. Personal toiletries are advised due to skin sensitivities and allergies. Basic kitchen spices and some staples are provided. CLEANING FEE - There is a $225 cleaning fee. Linens and bath towels are included in the house but daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A midweek service is available for an additional fee.
LODGING TAX - Published Rates do not include the South Lake Tahoe LODGING TAX charged by the state of California. It will be collected with your deposit and payments.
