An employer is subject to the Colorado Workers' Compensation Act and nrust have a workcrs' compcnsalion insurance policy rvhen that eurployer has one or ntore fuil or part-time enrployees. Thc Division of Workers' Compensation enforces tbe Colorado Workers' Compcnsation Act.
