1 Connection of MPC03-LX
The digital inputs (limit, origin, and general inputs) of MPC03LX control card can be contact switches and NPN-output proximity sensor switches. Refer to Fig 1.1. 24DCV 24DCV

MPC03LX outputs pulse/direction signals to control stepper motor drives or digital servo motor drives. The motors rotating speed is determined by the pulse frequency. The rotation angle of the motor is determined by the number of pulses. Fig 1.2 describes the connection of pulse/direction signals. 26LS32 Or Equivalent circuit + + GND

Remark1: Pins descriptions of different power supplies will differs. Please confirm with your power device supplier before connecting Remark2: The laser power and MPC03LX controller use common-ground; Remark3: The diagram above describes the connection when signals are low-voltage effective. Remark4: Do connect the pin of laser power to Pin 48; Remark5: If radio-frequency laser tube is applied, only the PWM signal (Pin 48) is required. Pin 49 is left unused for radio-frequency laser tube.

Cautions
Remark1: Pin 17 and Pin 18 can be used for the convenience of inputs wiring such as origin signals. DO NOT make the anode and cathode wrong in wiring. Failure to follow the instruction will damage the controller. Remark2: Do not connect the reserved pins (Remark: Reserve) to any signal wires or power wires. Remark3: Do shut off the 24VDC power which provides power to X62, when plug in or pull out the 62-pin cable. Remark4: Connect power supply to Pin 57 and Pin 58. DO NOT make the anode and cathode wrong. Remark5: If use only one-channel analog output, connect only the analog power 1 (Pin 52). If use dual-channel independent analog outputs, d/a converter chip need to be replaced first; and then connect the laser power supplies to Analog Power 1 (Pin 52) and Analog Power2 (Pin 50) respectively.
