SCOPE
This specification covers the minimum requirements for Pipeline Protective Coating of Imam Taghi Pump Station - Increasing Capacity" Project.

DEFENITIONS
For the purpose of this specification, the following definitions shall apply: COMPANY/CLIENT NATIONAL IRANIAN OIL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (N.I.O.E.C.) CONTRACTOR The firm whose tender has been accepted by the COMPANY, which is consortium of Hirbodan/Oloom Bonyan Co. ENGINEER The representative of the COMPANY who is entrusted with inspection of works which is Darya Pala Eng. Co. PURCHASER The party entering into a contract or agreement to purchase commodity ,which is consortium of Hirbodan/ Oloom Bonyan Co. SUPPLIER/VENDOR The vendor/ supplier/ manufacturer of commodity. MANUFACTURER INSPECTOR The party that manufactures the commodity. The representative of the COMPANY or PURCHASER who is entrusted with inspection of commodity , production records, observance of production operations and quality control tests.
