Aubrey Allen sources whole animals direct from the best farmers in the British Isles, then dry-ages & butchers the meat at its Warwickshire base. All the beef, pork, chicken & eggs we buy are free-range. So are the ingredients in our family-made Judes Ice Cream. We believe these are the most trustworthy ingredients we can source and (its no coincidence!) the best-tasting.
