Scholarships are available to encourage its members organizations (and their members) to participate in APPL
conventions and training courses, in an effort to not deny professional development opportunities because of an inability
to pay for tuition, registration, or related costs. Eligible applicants must be employees or volunteers of APPL member
organizations; applications will only be considered for APPL training programs and conventions.
