You will receive a guest pass at the door. Individuals arriving only for a meal function do not need to register but need to pay for the meal only. *For the STL luncheon, churches who have contributed $1500 or more will receive 4 free tickets. Please call the District Office at 502.241.7111, ext. 14 to make those reservations. All others, please use this form.

If you wish to pay your registration fees online you can follow these instructions. Go to www.kyag.org and click on the Conferences tab. Click on the link that says "Click here to pay registration fees." This will redirect you to our online giving site. PLEASE NOTE: It is possible that we do not have you in our online database system. You may need to create a Guest login to pay online. To create a login, click on the Need a Login option. On the next page enter all required information then click continue. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to the payment site. Enter the total amount due for all events. Click continue. A drop down list will appear. The list is in alphabetical order following the two options for tithes. If you are registering to vote select DC Registration (#17) and enter the total amount for all voters. To make your payments for the meal functions, select Missions Banquet Res (#39) for the Missions Banquet, STL Projects (#52) for the STL Luncheon and WM Luncheon (#60) for the WM Event. After you have added all necessary categories for your payment, click the continue button and then choose your payment option. Or enter a new one if this is your first time paying online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and electronic checks. Once you have entered your payment method click the Submit Changes button, then click the Process Gift button.
