Happy New Year! I am sure many of the readers of this publication would agree that our 2nd Amendment rights are surely at stake right now and as of the past few days, the Obama administration is at it once again to take away as many guns rights as it thinks it can get away with. So, there are articles in this issue regarding 2nd Amendment rights. Our 2nd Amendment rights are probably the only ones that have not been completely overtaken by the Obama administration. If we lose those, we are doomed to a future of a globalist tyranny and slavery to that government. I personally know one or two people who admittedly do not own guns and, for one reason or another, do not wish to own guns, but at least they have a right to make that decision for themselves rather than bowing to a government taking away their right to choose. So, I once again pose the question, What can we do about a government bent on destroying America? The best solutions I can come up with, and I am certainly no expert, is to take care of yourself and your family financially, grow as much of your own food as you can, take care of your

16 Mass Shootings in 2012 Should Tell Us Something

Gunther Russbacher was a 29-year veteran of the CIA who achieved notoriety when he testified that in 1980 he had been the pilot of the supersonic SR-71 that flew Vice Presidential candidate George Bush from the Paris meetings back to the US. Those meetings concluded with the October Surprise undercover deal with Iran. Russbachers whistleblowing cost him seven years in federal prison. When he was released in 1996, Gunther was more defiant than ever and began explaining the pattern of what we are seeing today with the multiple mass shootings from how the Subjects are chosen from Level One all the way through the mind control program that eventually leads to the suicide of the sleeper. Initially, a group from the intelligence community canvasses the county hospitals and immigration centers in order to find viable candidates. They try to locate people who have no close family or friends. When selected, these people are put under heavy hypnosis where a definitive pattern of their usefulness is determined by psychiatrists. Showing high IQ, the candidate is placed in a call file. If the tested applicant has more than 120 IQ, a "recall" command and an accompanying "trigger" word will be written into his personality during the Level One hypnosis session. This "trigger" will activate his recall program when we are ready for him, said Russbacher. We then systematically do a background search and create a file for future reference. When fully qualified, the subject will be "recalled" and taken for further tests for vulnerability. If he passes, he is then brought to Level 2 hypnosis where specific instructions are placed through hypnotic commands and suggestions into his personality, and he is given diverse small orders. By completing these satisfactorily, he receives a "recall service notice" and a handler. The Handler supplies a trigger word that includes instructions on when and where to report, and the Subject will have no memory of either. Level 3 hypnosis injects an overwrite, a new identity or personality and can eliminate all fear and nervousness. This is similar to having multiple personalities, except the original personality is repressed or hidden under the "overwrite" and will not surface for a set period of time determined by the Programmer. Just enough information will be written in for the operatives alias and story to be believable by everyone, including law enforcement officials. Now the subject believes that he must and can do everything his programmers ask him to do. Russbacher elaborated, If the IQ is high enough we will study his abilities and our needs, and determine how the subject can be further used. At Level 4 hypnosis, the subject no longer differentiates between right and wrong. The subject will be told he is a "Super Human" and all laws are written for other people and his moral code and fear of dying are replaced with new "Superman feelings. If the intent of the programming is to create an assassin who will kill on cue, all morality, fear, and revulsion of bloody body parts must be eliminated. A completely new person is being created and his only memories are the ones supplied by the treatment. The photos of family and friends will be of deep cover agency personnel. If ever a mission goes "sour" and the news media starts looking for his family, the "agency created family" will be produced for a news conference or an interview. If the subject is going to be used to infiltrate a patriot group, religious commune, political campaign or environmental movement, the subject will be given all the knowledge and beliefs that are commonly held by people in his targeted group. The subject will believe that his fervently held opinions are his own. He will be believable to other members of the group. Upon completion of Level 4, the subject who has been chosen to become a "programmed sleeper assassin" is fully prepared for Level 5 at which time a code word is etched into the subjects brain. This is commonly known and referred to as the "trigger" which will activate the subject into action when the plan is in place. He is now referred to as a Clear Eyes, Russbacher explained, and is a sleeper assassin. His programming usually includes killing himself as well. Those who dont, such as Sirhan and James Holmes, still cannot remember committing the crime, why they did it or even being hypnotized. Oswald was killed because he was an innocent patsy whose memory had not been captured. By considering this information with all the undercover criminal activity government agencies have been caught at in recent years, the reader should not be fooled by this false flag activity. In Switzerland, where every family is required to own and receive instruction on firearms, such levels of insanity have never been reported. Whats Wrong With This Picture

by Gwen Guyser The powers that be, whose current chief puppet is Barack Obama, will do anything to take away our rights to own firearms. Today, December 14, 2012, it appears that they (meaning the puppeteers) shot and killed about 28 people, mostly very young children, at an elementary school in Connecticut. The expected response from the Democrats and the progressives, the socialists, the Communists and globalistcontrolled media is that we need GUN CONTROL. What is it about gun control that they do not understand? Instead of keeping the average law-abiding citizen from being able to own and carry guns and instead of teachers being able to carry concealed weapons, they want no law-abiding citizen to be able to carry guns. Only criminals and the government would have guns. The distorted and virtually non-existent logic of the gun control crowd goes something like this: Premise A: Guns kill people. (A false premise) Premise B: Allowing no one outside the government to own or carry guns will save lives (Another false premise) Conclusion: Banning guns will decrease crime, especially mass murders by crazy people. (A completely false conclusion) This faulty logic defies imagination and is promoted by ignorant people, many of whom have no experience at all with guns and no knowledge of the true statistics about guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens vs. guns illegally owned by criminals. The governments wish to control guns is much more subversive. The people in Washington, D.C., are puppets of the globalist power elites. The power elites realize that America is the last holdout for the domination of the world into complete totalitarianism, also known as the New World Order. The power elites know that 2nd Amendment rights in America are the last great threat to their agenda. Take away gun rights, and America is completely in their hands to further their evil totalitarian goals. Many gun advocates seem to believe that the 2nd Amendment is about hunting rights and the right to defend oneself and ones family against criminals. Humans have always had the right to hunt animals for food (except under current stringent restrictions as to when, how and what you can hunt), and it should be an accepted notion that everyone has the right to defend against those intent on harming people and property. What many of these advocates seem to overlook, either consciously or out of stupidity, is that the 2nd Amendment is really about protecting ourselves from our own governments tyrannical intentions. If you watched Obamas fake tears either on mainstream media or on the internet, note that he was chiefly polking his fingers at the outside edges of his eyes furthest from his nose. Anyone who has actually shed tears knows that they flow from the sides of eyes nearest the nose, not from the outer edges. Did you ever actually see any tears or anything that looked like tears? I didnt. (Tear ducts are close to the nose, not close to the outer edges of the eyes. Obama was clearly following instructions from cartoon characters poking at tears.) Heres my list of a few of the things the government needs to control if they use the same logic as they do on guns. Boats (they kill people), automobiles (they kill lots of people), swimming pools (they drown people), all grains grown in American (GMO foods kill people) and all grain products (they kill people by promoting obesity and diabetes), all knives including kitchen knives (they stab people to death), baseball bats (they can kill), golf clubs (see baseball bats), golf courses (they kill people with lightening strikes), trees (they fall and kill people), chain saws, hammers, electric saws, planers, sugar (it mysteriously gets in your body and is probably the biggest mass killer in America), artificial sweeteners (next biggest killer behind sugar), statin drugs, psychiatric drugs, alcohol, houses (they asometimes kill its inhabitants), and the list could probably include everything you own because the gun control freaks believe that guns kill. A look around my house on objects that could kill would have to include all my computer equipment, a heavy banjo, my hardback copy of Strongs Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible and an unabridged dictionary. This doesnt even include the kitchen gear or the fats that kill by causing grease fires on the stove. I watched a great video on the internet this morning in which Mike Adams (the Health Ranger) laid a gun on the ground and told it to kill. After all, if guns kill people, this gun could allegedly kill. He did this with a semi-automatic pistol, a shotgun and a military style weapon. Its no surprise that none of the guns even fired, much less killed anyone. The guns only fired when he picked them up and put his finger to the trigger and pulled. A second meme being promoted now is that what we need is more expedient ways of locking up crazy people. The logic here goes something like this: Premise A: All these people who engage in mass shootings are crazy. (Probably faulty, as most of them are probably programmed by government operatives to behave in a certain manner.) Premise B: With more psychiatrists, crazy people can be identified, drugged and locked up, to heck with their rights. (Faulty logic: There is no way they can all be identified, and drugs are probably part of the problem.) Conclusion: If we just lock up the crazies, well be safe from mass murders. (Faulty conclusion.) Again, this is another way for the government to willy-nilly send anyone who is not normal in the eyes of the government to be indefinitely detained as a crazy person (probably in a FEMA camp) and re-educated to behave just exactly like the government wants them to behave, subservient and submissive. TSA agents will stop you on the highway to somehow discover if you are crazy and should be locked up or if you have a semi-auto in the glove compartment. Right now it looks as if Obama will push forward on getting rid of the 2nd Amendment, even if by executive order. If I were a manufacturer of arms in America, I would be sending Obama fabulous commission checks, as gun sales are going through the roof. No one has ever been such a wonderful influence on gun sales as Barack Obama. As one of my friends told me, I had one pistol, one .22 rifle and one single-shot shotgun before Obama was elected. Now I have four pistols, three rifles and two shotguns, slingshots and baseball bats. Oh, yes, I also have bought a couple of golf irons even though I dont play golf. Now the gun control people say they just want to take away our semi-automatic weapons. Of those who own guns, who doesnt own at least one semiautomatic pistol and perhaps a semi-automatic .22 rifle? They want to leave we the people with only revolvers, single-shot shotguns and bolt action rifles. In other words, they want to make sure the government has much better weapons than we do. If you have a concealed carry permit in Texas, you already know that there is a long list of places you cannot carry your gun. It is complicated, and, if you do not memorize the list, you almost need to carry the list in your car and consult it every time you get out of the car. If you examine the locations of mass shootings, they are nearly always in gun free zones. A gun free zone, such as a public school, is practically an invitation for one of these mass killers to do his business there. He knows no one in that area will have a concealed firearm. Its like spearing fish in a bathtub full of fish. Schools are prime prospects for mass shootings. There is one sure way of keeping your own children safe from these school mass shootings, and that is to educate your children at home. The whole idea of sending children to a government-sponsored, government-run public school that promotes a government-approved curriculum, along with throngs of same-age children, is absurd. More on that subject next month.

Obamacare will buy you the latest patented drugs. (Oh, really?) Will I be able to see my doctor of choice? Well, that depends on who the doctor is. It has to be a doctor who uses the prescription pad and who forces you to take vaccines and other preventive health measures, and one who enters everything about your body and your responses to questions into a computer to share with other Obamacare providers. You mean doctors who prevent me from having good health? No, no, no. We mean doctors who will prescribe wonderful drugs, manufactured by renowned pharmaceutical companies, drugs that will make you feel good all the time. You will be living in paradise! I like my neighbors. They are like me and have the same values I have. I dont want to move. I have a right to choose whom I live around! Hmmm, no you dont. We want you to live in a multi-cultural, multi-racial environment where everyone is equal. Well, everyone is equal under the law, but not everyone is equal! My daughter is a lot more motivated and more intelligent than my son. They are not equal except under the law! My daughter is a successful cattle rancher, and my son is a scummy creep who does not think he has to work for a living! In the new world order, they will be equal. How so? you ask. They will each live in a 16 by 16 pack-and-stack apartment, or, in the case of your daughter, will be assigned to a camp to be re-educated, will be assigned a job by the government and will receive the same pay. Your visitor is getting irritated by the questions and motions to his compadre to have a private conversation. Their conversation goes like this: Agent 1: What are we going to do? Should we just arrest this resister and take him to one of the camps where he will die soon, or should we just kill him now? Agent 2: We dont need any smart people who know their rights. I say we just kill him now. He will be nothing but trouble. . BANG! BANG! YOURE DEAD.

If you think you are somewhat protected from policies and initiatives of the UN Agenda 21, think again.

If you live in a rural area, you probably choose to do so. You wanted to be away from the traffic and congestion, and perhaps you wanted to live on a lake or out in the brush or the woods somewhere, or maybe just in a very small town. Perhaps you are a farmer or rancher. Sometime in the summer of 2011, Obama signed Executive Order 13575 establishing the White House Rural Council which apparently seems to be a means of furthering the goals of United Nations Agenda 21 whose chief buzzword is sustainability. Under this order, the heads of every executive branch department of the federal government are members of the rural council, including, but not limited to, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Energy, the Department of Education, the Domestic Policy Council, and, of course, the Department of Homeland [in]Security. Hmm. Many who live in rural areas are not farmers or ranchers. According to policies stated in Agenda 21, single-family housing and any private ownership of real estate will become a thing of the past. Heres a scenario that could be coming to you:

Theres a knock on your door. You are not expecting anyone. Yet, because you believe you live in fairly benign community, you answer the door. The people standing outside your door, dressed in suits, explain that the government needs your property because the government is going to turn the area into recreational use for the public good in the name of sustainability. They reply they are taking your property away from you by eminent domain. You say, But this is my home, and I own it, and I dont want to sell it. They reply that you have no choice. You then ask how much money you will get from the government for stealing your home. They tell you that the market value of your home is zero because of the local government agreement to master planning. They say there is no market value for your home because of the governments plans to take all the homes in the area for the public good. Terrified, you ask, But where will I live? Everything I have is invested in my home. Their response: Dont worry. Were going to give you a place to live in a 16-foot by 16-foot stack-and-pack apartment in the nearest city. Youll be close to work, close to modern health care (Obamacare facilities), close to supermarkets, (GMO food purveyors), close to all kinds of shopping (for goods produced in China) and you will be able to walk or ride a bicycle to all these places. But I dont want that. I like where I live right now, and I have my own garden! You reply. Besides I have a Constitutional right to own property, you reply. I own this place outright, through a lifetime of blood, sweat and tears!: Sir, I hate to tell you, but the government has every right to have your property and to move you to the city, the

January 2013 Now, with a slight understanding of the history and origins of Agenda 21, let us segue back to how the UNs action plan made its way into every county in the country. The Rio Declaration was signed by many governments of the UN; among them is our own country, on behalf of President George H.W. Bush in 1992. Although the presidents signature was a promise to the declaration, the declaration itself stands merely as a soft treaty. In other words, there exisst no legal obligation to the declaration. Bushs signature, although a promise, did not obligate the US to pass legislation or write regulations for the advancement of Agenda 21. Fortunately, or unfortunately, which ever perspective you choose, it wasnt until 1993 that President William Jefferson Clinton signed Executive Order (E0) 12852 that Agenda 21 began to infiltrate US legislation and regulations. With a stroke of a pen, Agenda 21 principals and goals have made their way into US regulations via federal agencies. Remember, all federal agencies are under the direction of the president. Yet, ironically, the Presidential Council on Sustainable Developments (PCSD), created by EO 12852, mission is to Forge consensus on Policy. Furthermore, Section 2 (a) of EO 12852 states, The Council shall advise the President on matters involving sustainable development. Sustainable development is broadly defined as economic growth that will benefit present and future generations without detrimentally affecting the resources or biological systems of the planet. As abridged by John Anthony, the following statement comes from the PCSD website: The PCSD is explicitly charged with recommending a national action planon how to achieve sustainable development in the United States; the PCSD was conceived to formulate recommendations for the implementation of Agenda 21. Members of PCSD included secretaries of Agriculture, Commerce, Education, the EPA, HUD, and Transportation; along with the likes of Kenneth Lay of Enron and Samuel C. Johnson, Chairman of S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. Whenever you find yourself questioning the actions of our president while seeking logic; the question isnt quite so complex whenever you factor in Agenda 21. The EPA alone, through federal regulations, has begun to hinder job growth and has been one of the major contributing factors of the outsourcing of jobs from our country. Although the EPA operates under the guise of environmental protection; the truth remains that one goal, either wittingly or as a part of compartmentalization, is to shift resources fromdeveloped to developing nations-Agenda 21 Preamble: the development and environmental objectives of Agenda 21 will require a substantial flow of new and additional financial resources to developing countries. A 1996 report by the PCSD titled Sustainable America outlined the goals of the council in the preface of the report: They [goals] are truly interdependent and flow from our understanding that it is essential to seek economic prosperity, environmental protection, and social equity. By their definitions, what is economic prosperity, environmental protection (integrity), and social equity? Economic prosperity, social equity and environmental protection (the Three Es) were discussed and defined in Brundtlands Our Common Future report. What is social equity? Social equity is based on the idea that those that have, should not, and those that do not have, should; thus, equalizing society. Essentially, social equity can be translated as social justice; where justice (wealth) is served (redistributed) in an attempt to restore the social balance of society. Think about it: If those that have are consumers, and consumerism is unsustainable due to pollution and the suppression of developing countries, and the goal of Agenda 21 is to level out the playing field; then it is only through the elimination of our consumerist ways that sustainability can be achieved. By eliminating consumerism, so follows the elimination of pollution and the suppression of developing countries which allows those countries the opportunity to compete in the global economy. As you can see, social equity is one cornerstone of sustainability. Under Agenda 21s definition of economic prosperity, the rich made their fortunes by stepping on the poor. Being that society, the economy, and environment are interdependent, it is only fair that the government initiate legislation or regulations that can balance the economic scales of society while preserving our environment. To achieve this, governments can acquire land by conservation easements or eminent domain, then sell the land to a third party that pledges to develop the land under sustainable guidelines. What this means is that governments can basically steal private property and then sell your property to a third party for far less than the actual value, promising to implement sustainable practices; all the while, the developer turns a handsome profit. Economic prosperity is the government picking winners and losers; even if the winners still end up losing. Does the name Solyndra come to mind? Can NAFTA be an attempt by the UN to enforce economic prosperity as a means to achieve the goals of Agenda 21? The idea behind environmental protection (ecological integrity) is to evaluate and intervene on human activities deemed unsustainable in order to protect the environment. By focusing on and enforcing ecological integrity, social and economic balances will be kept by curving or eliminating consumerism, which will protect the environment by eliminating pollution. Is a picture beginning to form about the reality behind Agenda 21? Can you see how the words sustainable development, when seen from an objective and researched point of view, have become synonymous with slavery, serfdom, and servitude? In 1993, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) recommended to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) that global assessment be undertaken covering the broad field of biodiversity. UNEP approved their recommendation in May 1993. Two years later came the Global Biodiversity Assessment. (GBA). The 1140-page report expanded on the Rio Declaration, recognized that The damage being done today [to our planet]-largely as a result of human activities-will limit the range of options that people will have in the future, and fattened the definition of unsustainable. The GBA set out to inflate the definition of unsustainable, all of whichs premises are known to affect nature. I honestly, cannot think of onesingle human activity that does not affect our environment; and the GBA identified human activities such as golf, any type of soil disturbance (breaking top soil), grazing of livestock, agriculture, brick, concrete, and steel structures, modern hunting, logging activities, dams, and even a weakness in the legal system, among a myriad of other unsustainable human actions or activities. Remember when I told you that every principal and declaration is built upon previous principals and declarations? Well, the GBA is a derivative of the United Nations Biodiversity Treaty presented in Rio de Janeiro 1992, whereas, the treaty states, Nature has an integral set of different values (cultural, spiritual, and material) where humans are one strand in natures web and all living creatures are considered equal. Therefore the natural way is the right way and human activities should be molded along natures path. If you are a God-fearing individual, then you know, believe, that Man is not equal, much less secondary to nature. Although we must do our best to honestly preserve our Earth and actively engage in pollution prevention; no declaration has the authority to derogate me, nor you, to the status of animal, insect or plant. In May 1999, the PCSD presented their final report, Towards a Sustainable America, to the president after six years of research. What I failed to mention earlier is the fact that in 1995 the PCSD contracted with the American Planning Association (APA) to author planning codes seeking to achieve optimal sustainable development. As a result of the 1995 contract, in 2002 the APA released Growing Smart Legislative Guidebook: Model Statutes for Planning and the Management of Change. This guidebook serves practically every single planner or planning organization in the US. If you were paid five million dollars to author a planning guide derived from Agenda 21 principles, then Im more than sure the final report would more than welcome the ideas and ideals of financing institution. If the fact that the UN paid a NGO five million dollars for a planning guide towards sustainable development, does not ignite a pilot of intrigue; then, what about the fact that the vocabulary such as Growing Smart and Management of Change is eerily similar to that of J. Gary Lawrence in the Millennium Papers. The Duck Test If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then, its probably a duck., as goes the old adage. The simplicity of the saying is not so simple when we realize that it takes more than one observation to come to a conclusion. To simply identify a duck, we have to compare our observations with what we know for certain to be a duck to what we see right in front of us. For this, we unwittingly analyze its appearance, activities, and actions to simply identify the supposed duck. Now, let us step into the theoretical world for a bit and imagine that what we see right in front of us has the appearance of a duck and even swims and quacks like a duck; however, its appearance, activities, and actions are deceitfully projected to resemble a duck. What we may think we see as a duck in front of us is in fact an impostor, a fraud, an illusion of manipulations. Participating in a United Nations advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society such as the NRA, citizen militias, and some members of Congress. This segment of our society who fear one-world government and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined the conspiracy by undertaking Local Agenda 21. So we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management, or smart growth., wrote J. Gary Lawrence, advisor to President William Jefferson Clintons Presidential Council on Sustainable Development, in the Millennium Papers, June 1998. Its quite clear that Lawrence has an acute understanding of the Duck Test; Lawrence is one of the many that understand the power of conviction and seeks out ways to manipulate those beliefs through deception. Im sure that I sound like a broken record; but we can no longer take the words sustainable and development for face value, especially when the newly expanded definition of those words seek to remove what Our Great Founders knew to be Unalienable. With due diligence, you will soon find that the agenda for the 21st century did not begin in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro; it was only in Rio that the action plan was given the name Agenda 21. The impact mankinds development plays on the environment has never been in question. Whether you are a tree-hugger or a fossilfuel capitalist, the fact remains that to sustain our way of life as we know it today may only be accomplished by growth. That growth does affect our environment and we must remain vigilant, eliminating any complacencies, if we are to truly utilize present resources; all the while preserving those same resources for future generations as well as preserving what has been bestowed upon us: Unalienable Rights. From the Rio Declaration to U.S. Implementation Agenda 21 was the call-foraction based off of the Gro Brundtland Commission report: Our Common Future; however, the report was called for by the 1972 Stockholm Conference on Human Environment, facilitated by Maurice Strong. The 1972 conference was, in fact, the result of Resolution 1346 passed by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in 1968, which was initiated by the Swedish government. The resolution sought out the evaluation of the impact of mans activities on the environment. This concern has been genuine and an important one, even 45 years ago. ECOSOC was born from a United Nations charter initiated by the United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).UNESCO was built from the ashes of World War II in the attempt to bring together the worlds nation, with the hopes of preventing a third worldly conflict. In 1945 Ellen Wilkinson announced the creation of UNESCO on the behalf of the UN for the purpose of the unrestricted pursuit of objective truth. YouTube hosts a video posted by UNESCO detailing their history; and I encourage you watch the 12- minute video. The narration of the video becomes quite intriguing when you hear the woman announcing the goals of UNESCO. One such goal is reforming school curricula and revising history books, as well as using creative education methods to restore confidence in those that have suffered. The authors of Agenda 21, themselves indoctrinated with UNESCO goals, instilled those same ideals in the action plan as principle number 21: The creativity, ideas, and courage of the youth of the world should be mobilized to forge a global partnership in order to achieve sustainable development and ensure a better future for all. Chapter 25 of Agenda 21 details the role children and the youth play in sustainable development. Paragraph 25.9 states, Ensure access for all youth to all types of education.ensure that education reflects the economic and social needs of youth and incorporates the concepts of environmental awareness and sustainable development throughout the curricula. Do your children or grandchildren show concern for the polar bears that are apparently drowning due to the melting of Artic ice as a result of global warming? Do your children or grandchildren seem to play the role of the green police by reminding you to turn off lights and not to let water run when washing the car or dishes or while brushing your teeth? Did you know that Al Gore, the carbon-tax-to-combat-globalwarming advocate, told over 3000 children not to listen to their parents and that they knew more than the parents? An honest inconvenient truth is the fact that sustainable development, as defined by Agenda 21, seeks out control rather than preservation. Every principal and declaration of the UN is built upon a previous principal and declaration; therefore, to simply take the words sustainable development for face value would seem a bit nave. Just because it looks like a duck does not necessarily mean that it is a duck.

Well, here we are back together again. Dont count me out yet. I am back and feeling well! Yeah . . . So, for all the new readers out there (since I went somewhat AWOL), I need to tell you how to get ready to clean and really make it easy. First of the many things before you clean anything, go and make for you, and you alone, a great big pitcher of your favorite beverage and put it in the refrigerator, as most likely you will want it to be really cold when we take some of our breaks. Ladies (and to be PC) and gentlemen, what are yall doing by not getting rid of that dried out, ugly-by-now Christmas tree (can I use that word now? You know, Christmas)? It is after New Years Day by now. So get that tree out of the house and strip it down so that you have your nice ornaments and none of the icicles or ugly beat-up looking balls. Go ahead and get rid of it. You just need a little courage . . . so, take a sip of your favorite beverage now that you have got that tree out of your lovely

home. That is important! We are moving on back into the house. You see that mess where that tree was? Get out a vacuum cleaner and dusting equipment and get to work. After that is cleaned, you get to start on the rest of your home. You should take down those decorations now and look at them! A few are wrecked, and you just have to get rid of those balls now! Then you can go shopping for new things to replace what you are getting rid of today! They should be on sale at very special prices right now. Take a nice long break after you put the dishes in the dishwasher and let it do its job. So, you dont have one of those gadgets? Doing dishes by hand is a time-honored chore. Few women before you ever had a dishwasher, and some still dont want one. I cannot figure that one out! Our journey of the pursuit of truth has led us down many avenues, some which we reluctantly accept, or even object to. If you know the Prime Hierarchy: God, Man, then government, then you know that regardless of the governments objective observation, mans law is always superseded by the Law of Nature. In other words, My Pursuit of Happiness shall not be impeded on, minus due process. Throughout my humble search for truth, with no attention to the subject matter, I have come to the conclusion that coincidences are nothing more than the manifestation of coerced events, whether they involve divine or man-made intervention. The point is, in my opinion, that there is no such thing as coincidences; it seems that everything we do or experience has some type of underlying meaning met through some type of manipulation. What I mean is that it is no coincidence that the 2002 APA legislative guidebook and Lawrences (advisor to the PCSD) ideas and words in the Millennium Papers came to the same conclusions. How is Naturopathic Medicine different from (Allopathic Medicine) regular medicine?

It is fundamentally different in that it supports the body's ability to heal itself. Naturopathic doctors do not use drugs or surgery, preferring instead to treat the whole person and not just the presenting symptoms. They are trained to recognize when drugs and/or surgery are required and will readily refer such cases to other more appropriate medical facilities. Furthermore, naturopathic doctors understand that health is influenced by many factors. Psychological, environmental, nutritional, and physical factors each play an important role in health. No other health professional offers this co-ordinated approach. Using the common cold as an example, allopathic or regular medicine would probably treat the cold with deconges-

tants, cough suppressants and perhaps antibiotics if infection was suspected. In contrast, the naturopathic doctor would focus on supporting the immune system and increasing the cleansing processes by means of botanical medicines, simple massage, dietary supplements or changes, and lifestyle changes. Further to this, the naturopathic doctor would counsel the patient on preventing future colds and earlier detection. ... Naturopathic doctors use the word 'natural' to mean the methods and medicines used support the body's normal processes. Drugs and surgery are not used....The body has normal processes for removing wastes from cells and tissues, however environmental pollution, poor diet, impaired digestion, and unhealthy lifestyle choices get in the way. Naturopathic medicine can re-balance the cleansing and rebuilding activities of the body. There are a variety of naturopathic treatment modes. They include: Clinical Nutrition, Botanical Medicines, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Lifestyle Counseling, and Physical Treatments. Some naturopathic doctors specialize in one, two or more of these modes. Myself, I have not very seriously studied homeopathy or acupuncture, preferring to focus on nutrition, botanical medicines and other natural means to balance the bodys own defense systems. Allopathic medicine is just one of many systems of medicine. It is however the one that is most common in North America. Throughout the world other forms of medicine are in daily use. Like an allopathic doctor, the naturopathic doctor spends two years focusing on basic medical sciences and diagnosis. Some people who are generally healthy visit naturopathic doctors in order to learn ways of preventing illness and optimizing health. Others visit naturopathic doctors because they realize the folly of continually relying on pharmaceutical drugs to simply treat symptoms and then more drugs to treat the bad side effects of the first drug. Naturopathic doctors readily admit they are not experienced in repairing broken bones or performing surgery and recognize other limitations in the case of someone who is seriously ill. In those cases, the naturopath will make a referral to an allopathic doctor or other appropriate caregiver.

With most naturopathic doctors, the first appointment (and perhaps even the second) is one-to-one-and-a-half hours in duration. During this visit, you describe your health history and the specific condition (if there is one). Often the naturopathic doctor will conduct tests or a physical examination as well. You will discuss life style, diet, working environment, exercise regimen, and your emotional life. Based on all this material, the naturopathic doctor will outline an ideal treatment plan to which you will respond. Through discussion, a plan will be formulated and decided on. Subsequent visits are used to monitor progress on the treatment plan. As such, they tend to be shorter in duration, between 25 and 50 minutes, depending on the ailment. Naturopathic doctors often prescribe nutrional substances which are sold from their own office as an integral part of their practice. Dispensing and selling developed because there were no other constistent and reliable sources in the broader community, and the products are not widely available. Finally, a big difference between naturopathic and allopathic medicine is that naturopathic treatment does not usually mean an overnight cure. It can take weeks or even months to restore the body to a healthy state. The pharmaceutical companies simply invent quick cures for your symptoms, ignoring your overall health issues.

Actually, few people will wonder about the underlying cause of knife-wielding assailants because most media sources have buried that story while setting their sights; while aiming their weapons at gun control Shameno, curseson those who are willing to destroy the rights of millions of law abiding citizens simply because a very few by comparisonevil ones who would manage to get weapons despite any and all gun/knife/poison control lawschoose to act with cruelty and evil intent. I am relieved to hear that some in Hollywood are finally coming forward to admit that video game, movie, and television violence set the stageand in all too many cases actually encourage the unhinged, as well as the borderline unhinged, to pattern their thinking and behaviors after evil role models. Another great problem in this culture of media violence is that immature brains all too often misinterpret what they see on screens. When I talk to students about death being permanent, many argue with me, pointing out that although Actor X was killed in a TV show on Friday night, the viewer noticed that Actor X in different clothing was back, alive and well, in a movie on Saturday. Try to argue points of existence, roles, playacting and symbolism with an immature non-thinker of any age. The problem of violence in America stems from the rot in our culture, and the blatant display of evil-in-action on screens of all sizes. For borderline individuals, guns have become the means to act out Hollywood type fantasies plus take their personal hurt out on other people. In America, in China, and elsewhere, knives and other tools can serve the same purposes for such individuals. Whether killers and destroyers use guns, knives, poisons, hands-that-strangle, vehicular-manslaughter, dousing-with-gasoline-thenlighting-on-fire, or other means to maim and murder, the reality is that when someone wants to hurt and kill, there is virtually no stopping them. It is imperative that we teach children and others not to want to kill. Additionally, we must identify the underlying currents that create Empty people who are willing to load guns and sharpen knives with the goal of hurting others. As a baseline for our thinking, let us consider this: When my husband (born 1941) attended school in small town Iowa, he and many other boys carried their guns to school and stored them in unlocked lockers. Teenage boys; Unlocked lockers; Possibly dozens of guns in the school building. A massacre in the making? Not at all. The daily outcome was that the boysas soon as school let outwent hunting so that families might have fresh meat on their tables for evening meals. In those days, character and values were formed by wisdom that had come down through the culture from oh, about 100 years prior. Now, our culture treats individuals as though we are all still small enough, and dumb enough, to put beans up our noses. Rampant stupidity causes our do-gooders and tunnel-visioned leaders to erroneously conclude that outlawing beans must surely be the answer. Empty people, not loaded guns or sharp knives, kill and indeed our schools excel at creating Empty People: Empty people with high-to-excellent self esteem. For seven or eight decades now, public schools have failed to teach every non-retarded child to read, write, cipher, build a knowledge base, and use all of these tools for Thinking, Analyzing, and Wisely Concluding. School leaders at all levels, as well as teachers, not only fail to identify and take action to prevent the problems and repercussions associated with misfits trying to survive in society, but these supposedly well educated persons have even failed to understand the most vitally important rule of Education...that reading levels are determined by vocabulary levels. Why, the NAEP had to conduct an expensive research project just to arrive at the same conclusion that non-college educated (often teenaged) teachers in one-room schoolhouses knew intuitively, and that societies have known for thousands of years. It is shocking, but not a surprise, that public schools are failing our children in all ways, then blithly releasing amoral, soulless individuals who are capable of preying upon...financially, morally...and even murdering others in society. Empty lessons create gaps in thinking and knowledge. Empty lessons create huge Holes in Souls and Missing Morals. The emptiest of all lessons are the phony-baloney "Self Esteem Improvement" ones. People develop and improve self esteem by actually doing something; by actually accomplishing something; by actually learning something; by actually improving themselves. No one develops self esteem by participating in special school events designed for hollow non-achievement. The next time that you spot a child wearing some stupid sign like the "I.A.L.A.C." (I Am Lovable and Capable) badges of the 1970s, reread The Sociopath Next Door and increase your vigilance as you determinedly watch for Empty People With Loaded Guns.

by Miss Daisy Duke to grab the other toy and then Mom tossed the bone back inside, knowing I would fall for this trick once again, and then she quickly shut the door before I even had the bone in my mouth. What a sucker I am! Now, things get worse. Mom has accused me of being a criminal. I cant help it if some dumb dog is stupid enough to leave his toys in the street. After all, streets are public, right? So, one day I found a really good-smelling tennis ball on the edge of the street and did what any smart dog like me would do. I brought it home. Mom saw it and asked Little Mom where it came from. She said she didnt know. (Oops, I thought Little Mom might cover for me, but NO-O-O!) Mom picked up the ball and saw that it was pretty much torn apart, so she tossed it in the garbage can. Boo-hoo! I had to go find another tennis ball, so I did, and I brought it home. Mom says I am a thief and should be locked up for my crimes. Well, that didnt stop me. I found the toy to beat all other toys, right in the middle of the street. It even squealed when I bit it. I tell you I had a really good time with that toy until Little Mom caught me with the stolen goods in my mouth. My days of a life of crime are over I guess. But, it is a pretty nice dogs life after all. Mom asks, Is anyone missing a cute little yellow stuffed duck with orange spots? Okay, okay! Enuff! By popular demand, I am coming out of retirement. There are so many fun things I have been doing that I just have to tell you all about them. Mom only lets me in the house a few hours each day now, and I have been banned from the yard between the house and garage because she says I dig too much and cause her a lot of grief. But, on the good side, I now have the whole run of the garage and breezeway. My food and water are there. My toys are there if I havent taken them outside and forgotten them. Mom lets me go completely free about three times a day now for short periods of time. Her eagle eye is always watching, though, to make sure I dont stray any further than across the street. One thing that happened right away is that Mom would grab my fake bone (my favorite towy) and toss it into my home and tell me to get my bone. I would always fall for it, and then she would latch the door and imprison me inside my home. I felt really stupid because I fell for it time after time. One day, I got smart. I dashed inside to get my bone and dashed right back past her to the great outdoors with that bone in my mouth. I outsmarted her, or so I thought. She then grabbed one of my other toys, diverting my attention away from the bone. So, stupid me, I dropped the bone

If Obama is opposed to guns, why did his administration just purchase 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition and sniper rounds?
The picture is now becoming clear The government plan for the use of all these guns and ammunition is now becoming clear. It is a plan to engineer a civil war. Here's how it works: Step 1) Obama stockpiles billions of rounds of ammunition, assault rifles, bullet-proof checkpoint booths and sniper rounds for the government while training up a whole new army of psychopathic sex predators known as the TSA. Step 2) Mass shootings of children are either staged or encouraged to make sure they happen with rising frequency. (Aurora, Sandy Hook, etc.). Schools are advertised as "Gun Free Zone" to make sure mass shooters doped up on psychiatric drugs and hypnotic video games know exactly where to go to achieve the highest body count, unopposed by any firearms. Step 3) When the shootings take place, the media jumps on board the emotional bandwagon and parades dead children in front of the public to the point of emotional extortion. The public then leaps to the delusion that gun confiscation will be great for everyone! Step 4) The government then stages a radiological false flag event in a major U.S. city while framing a group of patriots, veterans or "preppers" as patsies. Step 5) This event, which kills 1+ million people, then provides the pretext to declare martial law, suspend the entire Bill of Rights and roll out TSA checkpoints nationwide. TSA agents, who have already proven themselves to be the most masochistic, sick-minded individuals working in government today, are then handed .40 caliber pistols and rifles (yes, they make rifles that shoot .40 pistol ammo) to start waging a shooting war against the American people. Step 6) Now it's all-out civil war: Americans shoot each other up, causing huge casualties on both sides. Much of the weapons and ammo stockpiled by American preppers and patriots is used up in this conflict, and that's exactly the point. Step 7) Once the civil war has torn America apart, the United Nations lands UN "peacekeeping" troops to take command and occupy America. I guess it was because of my response to the question: "List all dependents." I replied: 12 million illegal immigrants; 3 million crack heads; 42 million unemployed people on food stamps, 2 million people in over 243 prisons; and 535 persons in the U.S. House and Senate." Evidently, this was NOT an acceptable answer.I KEEP ASKING MYSELF, WHO THE HELL DID I MISS?

Low Carb Foods for New Year

(after cheating on your diet for Christmas and New Years)
Heres how to get back on your low-carbohydrate way of eating after perhaps ignoring it over the holidays. These suggestions, followed for three days, will get you back on track. Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs

For Steak and slaw:

Use any cut of steak, and cook it the way you like it, but I suggest you not cook it any more than medium. Personally, I take mine medium rare and only use high fat tender steaks such as ribeye. My favorite is tenderloin, though less fatty, is so succulently tender. You can top it with butter or a rich mushroom sauce to increase its fat content. For the slaw, you could use a bag from the grocery store and add your own oil and vinegar or real mayonnaise dressing, or you can slice your own. I shred my own with a mandolin. It takes only about five minutes to slice an entire head of cabbage this way, and the results are so much fresher than the pre-shredded packaged cabbage. Here are my favorite dressings, once again, for about four cups shredded cabbage: 1. Mayonnaise based 1/2 cup mayo 2 Tbls. lemon juice or cider vinegar salt and pepper to taste liquid stevia to taste 2. Oil and vinegar dressing 1/3 cup white wine vinegar or cider vineger Herbs of your choice, such as a Tbls. dired basil and 1/4 teas. powdered garlic. Salt and pepper. Liquid Stevia (or Splenda if you choose.). Shake well. Add 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil and shake well. Pour over slaw or salad You can think of variations of this so that you dont get bored. The important thing is dont give up your low-carb way of eating.
