Our second objective is to plan a marketing strategy. In planning a marketing strategy we must consider the place and the kind of people living in that place because it can tell whether the internet caf will earn a lot of profit or not. Our third and fourth objective is to earn profit at less investment and provide customers with best quality service at effective price. Our last objective is to give quality services to those who need the services we offer. For us to give quality services to our customers we need to be sure that the services we give to them is reliable. We must maintain the good quality of our devices and we must give proper assistance to every customers. Achievement of this business, guarantee a 100% return of investment. It assures to be a strong computer shop against among its competitors. The said computer shop will accommodate 12 working computers and one computer server. In a land location with 4x6 meters at bumatay street, mandaluyong city. there would be no possibility of no having costumers because its place where nearby

schools. students would be the a regular costumer.Daily operation would gain a 3,000 of income. and I think this business will grow day by day but it will last after 10 years. In the future Internet will be free for everybody to use. They dont need to rent in computer shops anymore. Customers might have their personal computers or hi-tech gadgets that they can use to surf in the internet. The computers that we are currently using might be phased-out within ten years time. New technology might arise from the market. The need to upgrade the computers is a must. Natural disasters like flood and earth quakes might affect the flow of our business. Online downloading of multimedia and software files will be banned if the government implemented a new law. The computer shop will be out of business soon as it will be effective because some of the customers have the tendency to download from the internet. Not all the programs that the customer need is the computer shop. Computer shop competitors might arise near our business. They might have lower rates than our computer shop offers.
