You will be assessed on specific competencies i.e organization wide competencies + functional competencies A weightage of 30 points out of 100 has been assigned for the assessment of these objectives You should ideally select 3-4 functional competencies. The sum of points assigned to organizational competencies is 15 points with each competency being assigned a uniform number of points. The sum of points assigned to functional competencies is 15 points with each competency being assigned a uniform number of points.
