POWER ASSIST HANDLE TROUBLESHOOTING & TESTING
(WITH HALL EFFECT PREAMP BOARD 46-321188G1)
When the power assist handle function fails, the following troubleshooting procedure
and flow chart, and the test procedure will help you to determine whether to replace
the handle and preamp board, or to replace the Power Assist/Lock Control Board.
If the spot-film device power assist handle does not work, or drives all of the time, use the
troubleshooting flow chart of Illustrations 8-1 and 8-2 to find out if the problem is in the
handle or in the Power Assist/Lock Control Board RFP1 A1 A6.
Note: Section numbers on the flow chart refer to this direction.
1. If the vertical or longitudinal movement is not fast enough, verify adjustments and
settings. Verify correct adjustment for the longitudinal and vertical velocity settings
on the Power Assist/Lock Control Board in the positioner cabinet.
Refer to the R&F Positioner Calibration Unit P034 (SFD Power Assist Velocity) in
the appropriate Advantx Calibration Users Guide Direction.
2. Verify that the spotĆfilm device is properly counterbalanced in the usual operating
condition (usually with apron on and cassette loaded) for both horizontal and vertical.
Remove the vertical power assist drive chain. Refer to Direction 2145225-100, AdĆ
vantx-E ISFD/IDD & Legacy/Legacy-D Table Service Manual, Section 9 for specific
instructions.
3. Verify that the electrical connections between the Hall Effect Preamp board and the
Power Assist/Lock Control Board are correct.

TRANSLATION CHAIN INSPECTION
AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
Introduction
Step through the procedure on the following pages to inspect current translation chain adĆ
justments. Remember, if additional chain adjustments are required, adjust the rear translaĆ
tion chains first and adjust them only after disconnecting the front translation chain.
Note: Check table stability by exerting pressure on table tub and not the table top sides.
If there is noticeable side to side table tub movement, you will have to adjust transĆ
lation chains. See Section 14Ć2, Translation Chain Adjustment Procedure.

Note: On 30/90 tables, inspect foot end chains with table at -30_. Otherwise, foot end
inspection procedure is identical to that used on 90/90 tables.
5. Using a steel tape, locate a point on the chain 21I (533 mm) in from the outside edge
of the foot end sprocket cover. Refer to Illustration 14-3.
6. Check that lower chain is not rubbing against the lower chain guide and measure from
the inside edge of top chain guard to the centerline of chain link pins at the 21I (533
mm) point. Refer to Illustration 14-3.
• If the lower chain is not rubbing and upper chain centerline is between 3/4I and
1I (19.1 and 25.4 mm) from the inside edge of guard, then the foot end rear chain
tension adjustment is acceptable.
• If the lower chain is not rubbing, but upper chain centerline is between 1I and
1-3/4I (25.4 and 44.5 mm) from the inside edge of guard, then chain tension adĆ
justment is borderline. Schedule a maintenance call to adjust the chains.
• If lower chain is rubbing or if chain centerline exceeds 1-3/4I (44.5 mm) from
inside edge of guard, then chain tension adjustment is unacceptable. Return the
table to horizontal immediately and adjust chains. See Section 14Ć2, Translation
Chain Adjustment Procedure.

For cases where an obstruction behind table can be hit by parked ISFD/IDD during table
angulation, a short park" position is provided. It reduces the distance from table center line
to back of parked spot-film device from 58 to 53.7 inches (1473 to 1364 mm).
Note: Using this feature to reduce distance from table to back wall is not recommended.
As stated in the System Manual, 66 inches (1676 mm) from table center line to
back wall is recommended, and 62-1/2 inches (1587 mm) is given as minimum. If
this distance is less than 62-1/2 inches, the back wall should be quite smooth.
Otherwise, early cable mortality is likely to be caused by cables rubbing on wall.
Even at 62-1/2 inches, passing behind table is difficult. There is only 6 inches
(152 mm) of exposed raceway between motor base shroud and floor-to-wall
adapter.
Make this change by shifting park latch to its alternate mounting holes and by replacing a
bearing retaining screw on vertical carriage bearing block with a bumper as shown in IllusĆ
tration 17-11.

SECTION 18
COUNTERWEIGHT CABLE REPLACEMENT
18Ć1 Introduction
Changing counterweight cables can be done safely if a few guidelines are followed. There
is a lot of weight counterbalanced between the spot-film device and the counterweight asĆ
sembly. Always have the table in a horizontal plane before attempting to remove or adjust
cables. Although the main and vertical counterweights for the fluoroscopic carriage and
spot-film device are independent of each other, there is an interaction of components. It is
recommended that, before you start, you have two C-clamps for main counterweight carĆ
riage cables and three C-clamps and a piece of wood 2 x 2 x 11Ć1/4 inches long, or equivaĆ
lent, to change spot-film cables. Old cables will have broken strands that can puncture the
skin. A pair of heavy gloves should also be used. Cables stretch over a period of time and the
table will no longer be within specification. After changing any cable, the entire cable adĆ
justment procedure in Section 19 should be done.
5. Remove the double nuts from the inner carriage end of the cable. Slide cable end from
anchor block and remove the other nut. It is a good practice to install the new cable
as you remove the old one. Replace the inner nut on the cable end of the new cable
and feed through the retainer block. Replace the outer nuts but do not tighten at this
time. This is where adjustments will be made when tensioning the cable.
18-1

REV 10 DIRECTION 2145225–100
6. The cable will go through two pulleys at the end of the table. You will not be able to
feed the cable end through the cable guard on the pulleys. The pulley bolt will need
to be removed, cables exchanged, loctite 242 reapplied and bolts torqued to 40 ft-lb
after the new cable is installed. Be sure to orient the cable guard correctly.
7. Before removing the hardware from the weight carriage, observe the relationship of
the nuts to the threaded section of the cable end. You will want to duplicate it when
you install the new cable. Remove the hardware and transfer it to the new cable.
Torque the nuts next to the block to 10 ft-lb and the outer nut to 2 ft-lb. See Illustration
18-2.
8. If you are replacing both main cables, repeat this procedure for the second cable.
9. At this point, turn to the cable adjustment portion of the manual and follow the proceĆ
dures for cable adjustments.

11. Go back to the inner carriage fitting and tighten until slack is out of the cable but the
spring does not bottom out. Apply loctite 242 to the threads of the retaining screw and
seat the screw in the slot in the retainer fitting.
12. At this point, turn to the cable adjustment portion of the manual and follow the proceĆ
dure for cable adjustments.
18Ć4 Spot-Film Main Cable
18Ć4Ć1 Introduction
The main cable on the spotĆfilm device is the 3/16 diameter cable. It is terminated in a safeĆ
ty dog on the spotĆfilm carriage and the vertical counterweights on the weigh carriage.
When replacing the main spotĆfilm cable, also replace the corresponding cable on the inner
carriage used for final adjustment of spotĆfilm position. See Illustration 18-5.
The other 1/8 inch cable is a counter balance cable that only carries 15 pounds force. If the
main cable breaks, the safety dog will engage the rack to support the spotĆfilm device and
the vertical weight assembly will drop and rest on the tub pan. The weights will have to be
removed from the vertical carriage and the bearings and carriage inspected for damage. Do
not try to reposition the spot-film device vertically.
1. Assuming the old cable has not broken, raise the spot-film device to its highest posiĆ
tion. Place the 11Ć1/4 inch long 2 x 2 between the inner carriage and the spot-film
carriage against the bearing track on the foot side of the tower. Use a C-clamp to hold
it in place. See Illustration 18-4.
ILLUSTRATION 18-4
2 X 2 PLACEMENT
2. If the cable is broken, check the weight carriage to insure the vertical counterweight
bearings are still on the bearing tracks. If so, move table into vertical position and
move spot-film device to the top of its travel. The safety dog will be engaged so you
will have to force it away from the gear rack to move the spot-film device. Clamp
the 11Ć1/4 in. 2 x 2 to the bearing rail with a C-clamp. Then, lower the table to the
horizontal position.

3. If the table has a tomo-link, release the bucky from the tomo arm receiver block by
removing the screws from the bracket.
4. Remove the rear finger pinch cover.
5. Move the spot-film device to the foot end of the table.
6. Remove the table top screws from the chain block and move the table top to the foot
end until the head edge of the top is in the middle of the spot-film tower.
7. Remove the hardware holding the mylar shield to the head end and move it out of the
way.
8. You should now have access to the weight carriage, the left take up pulley and the end
pulley that the cable runs through.
9. Remove the outer counterweights from the vertical weight carriage to get access to
the retaining screw on the cable retainer lug. Back the set screw out until the cable
retainer fitting is free to move. Take care not to damage the threads on the fitting.
10. Loosen the left take up pulley assembly at the front of the inner carriage until there
is slack in the spot-film cable. Do not go beyond the minimum thread indicator grove
with a load on the pulleys. If you cannot get the slack, put a shim between the weight
carriage and tub. See Illustration 18-5.

11. Remove the cable retaining fitting from the weight carriage. Remove the cable from
the fitting and place the correct end of the new cable in the fitting and reĆinsert it in
the block on the carriage to the same depth as the old cable. From this point on string
the new cable as you remove the old cable.
12. Work around the pulleys on the weight carriage, the end of the table and the first pulley
on the inner carriage. You will not be able to feed the cable end through the cable
guard on the pulley at the end of the table. The pulley bolt will need to be removed.
ReĆapply loctite 242 and torque to 40 ft-lb; the inner carriage nut needs loctite 242
and 14 ft-lb torque after the new cable is installed.
13. Remove the snap ring from the large pulley on the inner carriage. Slip the sheet metal
strap from the pulley axle and swing it to the side. Lift the large pulley and switch
cables. Reattach hardware. Move the cables through the hole in the spot-film tower
and support the new cable so it does not rest on the floor or pick up dirt. This is the
end of the table portion.
14. Locate the other end of the cable in the safety latch in the back of the spot-film tower.
15. Loosen the retaining screw in the safety latch enough so that you do not damage
threads in the cable retaining fitting. See Illustration 18-6.

16. Remove the cable retainer fitting from the safety latch and release the old cable.
Note: If the fitting is hard to move, the threads may have been damaged in earlier serĆ
vice. Check that the retaining screw was backed out far enough so that it is not
engaged against the threads of the fitting. Cut off the cable end to allow attachment
of a socket and extension on the hex end of the fitting. When you have removed the
fitting, clean the threads and remove any burrs and dress any deformed threads.
Put a coat of light grease on the threads before reassembling.
17. Remove the pulley from the top of the tower and separate the cable guards. Remove
the old cable and insert the new cable and reinstall the pulley and guards.
18. At this point the old cable should be free and can be disposed of.
19. Place the cable end in the fitting and reinsert it in the safety latch. You may apply some
light grease to the fitting to facilitate a finger tip thread engagement. The new cable
will have to be inserted in the safety dog to approximately the same place the old fitĆ
ting was. Do not reapply the locking screw in the slot in the cable fitting at this point.
20. Reattach the lead weights on the vertical weight carriage and remove the C-clamp
and block from the bearing rail. The take-up pulley assembly on the inner carriage
may have to be adjusted to disengage the safety dog from the gear rack. Make sure
the spot-film device can move freely.
21. At this point, turn to the cable adjustment portion of the manual and follow the proceĆ
dures for cable adjustments.
22. Reattach the covers, mylar shield and table top.

FINAL COUNTERBALANCE
19Ć1 Introduction
Adjusting the cable tension is an important element of patient, operator and equipment
safety. While performing this procedure, refer to Illustration 19-1 and Tables 19-1, 19-2
and 19-3 for reference. Illustration 19-1 is a general layout of the suspension cable system.
All counterweight cables, without exception, will be adjusted so that when the table is vertiĆ
cal, the slack side of the cable cannot be forcibly removed from the pulleys on which they
ride. Only enough slack should be allowed to permit the particular counterweighting sysĆ
tem to run as freely as possible when table is horizontal.

BUMPER ADJUSTMENT
• To set spot film device longitudinal travel limits between Bumper #1 and #2;
• To set the Main Cable C tension;
• Not have the counterweight carriage come in contact with Bumper #3 or Bumper
#4.
The spot film inner carriage travel limits are between Bumper #1 and Bumper #2. The
counterweight carriage is connected in series with the spot film inner carriage by the Main
Cables C and C-C. Its relative position can be adjusted slightly by adjusting the fasteners
that hold the cable ends to the spot film inner carriage.
The reference surface for the counterweight carriage position is the surface to which BumĆ
per #1 is mounted. The counterweight carriage should fall within 6.20 inches (157.5 mm)
of this surface when the spot film inner carriage is touching Bumper #2 after the travel adĆ
justment is made.
1. Adjust the spot film device inner carriage travel for 31.87 inches 0.13 inch (809.5
mm 3.3mm) with Bumper #2. Tighten lock nut. See Illustration 19-2.
Note: When adjusting all cables, use a wrench to hold the cable end so the cable does not
twist during adjustment.

19Ć4 Spot Film Vertical and Take-up Cable
Adjustment
The spot film vertical tower travel should be 11 inches +0/- 0.25 inches (279.4 mm
+0/-6.35 mm). The spot film tower should touch bumper #6 at minimum SID with the
table horizontal. It is normal for the spot film device to not quite reach the minimum SID
bumper when the table is angulated to vertical due to cable stretch variances under load. To
achieve the correct travel:
1. Turn screw-in fittings F1 and F2 until they are halfway in. See Illustration 19-3.
2. Adjust screw-in fitting F3 until spot film tower (part 47) is just flush with the maxiĆ
mum SID bumper #5. See Illustration 19-4.
Note: Leave enough adjustment travel in fitting F3 for future adjustment. If fitting F3
travel is limited, adjust F1 fitting as needed.
3. Turn screw-in fitting F4 until spot film device vertical cable B-B tension is 15 lbs.
5 lbs. (6.8 kg 2.27 kg). See Illustration 19-1.
4. Move spot film device to minimum and maximum SID several times and recheck tenĆ
sion. Readjust if necessary.
Note: Leave enough adjustment travel in fitting F4 for future adjustment. If fitting F4
travel is limited, adjust fitting F2 as needed.

COUNTERWEIGHTS
The main and vertical counterweights for the fluoroscopic carriage and Spot-Film Device
are independent of each other. A study of the system will give an understanding of the interĆ
action of components.
If the main cable is disconnected at the location marked Reference Point" on Illustration
19-5 , the two upper pulleys holding the vertical counterweight cables are free to move.
With the vertical counterweight mass acting downward, the two pulleys will move horizonĆ
tally to the left, as will the main counterweight carriage.
This action will allow the vertical load on the fluoroscopic tower to fall. For this reason be
careful when removing counterweight cables, removing shipping braces, and changing
vertical or main fluoroscopic carriage loads. An easy way to avoid the type of interaction
just described would be to use C" clamps on the support rail to prevent counterweight carĆ
riage movement in either direction.

Steel counterweight cables have load carrying capabilities many times that of the loads carĆ
ried. This statement is only true provided that the cable is in good condition and properly
installed.
During the early period of use, a cable assembly need not be replaced if one or two broken
wires is detected. However, the same number of broken wires in an old assembly should
justify immediate replacement. In an older assembly, the rate of broken wires is indetermiĆ
nate and maybe accelerated.
Normal use will cause slow cable deterioration. Broken wire progression is related to time
and equipment usage. Normally, large numbers of broken wires do not occur in a short span
of time, therefore there is a warning period between the beginning of wire breakage and
complete cable failure. This is why periodic inspection is very important so that corrective
action can be taken.
Refer to Illustration 19-9 for counterweight cable configuration and common types of
cable defects.

Broken Wires
Cable strength is not necessarily impaired by an occasional broken wires. However considĆ
eration should be given as to its location, length of time the assembly has been in service
and the general condition of the remainder of the cable.
Crown breaks are breaks that occur in the outer wires of the outer strands of a cable. Refer to
Illustration 19-9. Because they are on the outer surface of the cable, they are visible upon
inspection and are represented by short broken wire ends. This failure mode will generally
show both broken protruding wire ends. Refer to Illustration 19-10.
ILLUSTRATION 19-10
CROWN WIRE BREAKS
Valley wire breaks occur down in the valley between two adjacent strands. Refer to IllustraĆ
tion 19-9. The protruding wire end resulting from this type of break would be longer and
would stand out further from the cable than a crown wire break. Only one end, the long end
of a valley wire break can usually be detected, since the other end remains buried in the
valley between two adjacent strands. Refer to Illustration 19-11. Unfortunately, a valley
wire break usually does not visibly manifest itself until quite an advanced stage of deterioĆ
ration has taken place. It is also very often true that valley wire breaks may exist without
having the free end spring out of place.

Another type of cable deterioration is the internal wire failure. This failure cannot be deĆ
tected visually. This type of break takes place in the outer wires of the main strand and the
outer wires of the outer strands located inside the cable. Refer to Illustration 19-9. It is unĆ
derneath where the outer strands come in contact with the cable center member. Usually
these breaks can only be detected by slackening the cable and bending it opposite to the
curvature it normally assumes over the pulley sheave. This however is often most impractiĆ
cal to do because of inaccessibility. Here again the protruding wire end would be considerĆ
ably longer than those of a crown wire break and would be even slightly longer than the
protruding end of a valley wire break. Refer to Illustration 19-12.
ILLUSTRATION 19-12
INTERNAL WIRE BREAKS
Causes of Deterioration
Counterweight cables deteriorate from common causes such as abuse, wear and fatigue
during normal equipment operation. All of these factors eventually result in the developĆ
ment of broken wires and if the broken wires accumulate in large enough numbers in localĆ
ized areas, complete cable failure will result. Broken cable wires cause unbalanced cable
structure resulting in unbalanced load distribution. This results in increased stress on the
remaining unbroken wires.
PM Inspection
Although some cable deterioration cannot be detected by visual external inspection, the
visible extent of cable surface deterioration can be used as a reliably basis for cable replaceĆ
ment. The cable should be replaced if any broken wire are caused by abuse. The cause of
this cable abuse should be immediately determined and corrected.
Because of the serious consequences of possible cable failure, the field service person must
be prepared to use judgment regarding cable condition and never hesitate to make a reĆ
placement. Several months or a half year's usage is small compensation if there is any danĆ
ger of cable failure.
19-14
ADVANTX-E ISFD/IDD &
GE MEDICAL SYSTEMS LEGACY/LEGACY-D TABLE SERVICE MANUAL
REV 10 DIRECTION 2145225–100
This is a variable factor and often can be partially based on equipment usage. It is recomĆ
mended that counterweight cables be inspected once every six months and at more frequent
intervals if equipment usage warrants.
Note: It is important to note that the number of times the SFD is moved determines freĆ
quency of equipment usage rather than the number of patients x-rayed.
Inspection Procedure
Record inspection data. This inspection history data can be valuable in making a cable reĆ
placement determination.
USE CARE, SHORT SHARP BROKEN WIRE ENDS CAN INFLICT PERĆ
SONAL INJURY DURING PHYSICAL CABLE INSPECTION.
WARNING
Visual inspection, plus running a soft cloth over the cable's surface should be used to detect
broken wires, cable abrasion and cable corrosion which are major types of cable deterioraĆ
tion.
Note: When inspecting a cable that disappears at one point and reappears at another, be
sure to mark the cable at that point and then move the cable so that when the mark
reappears no portion of the cable that passes over a pulley or that is subjected to
abrasion is neglected.
External lubrication guards against corrosion and reduces abrasion. Coat soft cloth with
STP lubricant and apply to the external surface during regular PM inspection.
Note: Excessive wear not only weakens the cable, but influences the development and
rate of wire failure.
Close inspection should be made of cable terminations. Broken wires at cable terminals
will require immediate cable replacement.
Because valley wire breaks accompany advanced stages of cable deterioration, the cable
should be replaced immediately regardless of outward appearance. A cable badly affected
by crown fatigue wire breaks should be replaced. Attention is called to a crown wire break
as shown in Illustration 19-13, longer broken wire ends of both valley and internal wire
breaks and also the unbalanced cable structure resulting not only from the uneven occurĆ
rence of wire failure but also from the unbalanced load distribution.

for the collimator. This procedure is performed only when:
Note: A tube which has been previously aligned to its mounting plate does not have to be
realigned when installed in the table if the tube mounting plate is not removed
from the tube.
Procedure
1. Move the table top out of the way and disconnect the collimator cable on the end of
the mounting bracket.
2. Remove the three screws securing the collimator to the interface plate using a hex
wrench, 46-165137P1. Carefully lift the collimator out of the table. Reconnect cable:
electronics will not work with cable removed.
3. Place Collimator Alignment Fixture on the XRT interface plate and secure with the
three 8-32 hex socket screws furnished with the fixture. Do no use the collimator
mounting screws.
4. Insert a cassette in the Intelligent Spot Film Device and set it for 4 in 1 mode. Alternate

REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
Note: Ascertain whether any shims are installed between the tube mount and the tube
support plate on any stud. Record the number of these shims so that they may be
re-installed later. These shims are used to minimize tower walk." Tower walk"
is the tendency of the x-ray field to move with respect to the SFD as the SID is
changed.
5. Loosen and back off (but do not remove) the nuts on the three longer x-ray tube
mounting studs until they are just at the ends of the studs. Refer to Illustration 26-3.
Remove the nut, lockwasher and flat washer from the short stud. This will allow the
x-ray tube to hang loosely on the studs when the table is lowered to horizontal and
provide more room to remove the Ultranet collimator.
Note: The threads on the x-ray mounting studs have been turned down" to flatten out
the threads. This was done so that when the x-ray tube is installed and its weight
hangs on the studs, the threads will have less tendency to get damaged. The 5/16I
nuts will still grab adequately onto the turned down threads.
6. Pull on the x-ray tube plate and disengage it from the alignment pins. Refer to IllustraĆ
tion 26-3. Continue to pull on the tube plate until it is resting against the nuts on the
ends of the shafts. Do this so that when the table is angulated to horizontal, the tube
will not drop suddenly onto the ends of the studs.
Note: Positioning the x-ray tube and collimator at the ends of the mounting studs will
provide the extra clearance needed to remove the Ultranet collimator. The extra
clearance is needed because of the collimator fingers extending into the x-ray
tube port.
Collimator damage! Only use the mounting plate to handle the collimator.
CAUTION DO NOT handle it by the blades or you may damage the collimator blades. Be
very careful not to bump the finger guards on the bottom of the collimator.

11. With the screws removed, lift up on the collimator until the fingers clear the x-ray
tube port. Then, move the collimator to the side and remove it from the table.
12. If the x-ray tube is to be replaced, do so per the procedure in Section 22 of this manual.
Return to the next step after the x-ray tube has been replaced.
13. Reinstall the original collimator (or install the replacement collimator) by lowering
it into the table, sliding it into the fluoro carriage, and then lowering it onto the x-ray
tube. Make sure the collimator is seated properly into the ring on the x-ray tube
mounting bracket. Use three hex socket head screws to fasten the collimator to the
mounting ring. Use the T-handle wrench 46-165137P1 supplied to tighten the bolts.
14. Replace the mylar drip cover and drive the table top back towards the head end.
15. Angulate the table to the vertical position.
16. Re-install the same number of shims that you previously removed and recorded beĆ
tween the tube mount and the tube support plate. Push the x-ray tube plate back along
the mounting studs. Make sure the alignment pins on the top and bottom of the x-ray
tube mounting bracket seat into the holes of the tube plate.
17. Hand tighten the three 5-16I x-ray tube mounting nuts on the long studs. Install the
remaining 5-16I nut, lock washer and flat washer onto the short stud. Use a 9/16I
open-end wrench to tighten the nut on the short mounting stud. Then tighten the reĆ
maining three nuts.
18. If the collimator was replaced, install the Filter Bracket 46-315612P1, Spring Clip
46-315666P1, and the same amount of filter material that was in the original Ultranet
collimator. Refer to Illustration 26-2.
19. Route the collimator harness along the existing cable and connect it to the M-series
plug. Clamp the collimator harness and existing cables to the x-ray tube mounting
bracket using two clamps.
20. Reinstall the two lead-lined shields at the front and rear of the collimator using two
flat washers and two 10-32 screws for each shield. Install the straight shield
46-315089P1 towards the front of the table. Install the shield with the bent lip
46-315088P1 towards the rear of the table.
21. Reinstall the HV cable clamp.

Perform the following Advantx calibration units if an exchange collimator has been inĆ
stalled:
Note: Check for Tower walk" after the x-ray tube and image intensifier are aligned.
You may check for Tower walk in two ways. 1. Compare the center to center error
between the and the center-of-alignment washer on films taken at MIN SID and at
MAX SID. Tolerance is a 1 mm shift on films. 2. Collimate to the edges of the
alignment washer (ISFD) or the IDD Alignment Tool (IDD) in fluoro. Observe the
blade shift relative to the alignment washer as the SFD goes from MIN SID to
MAX SID. Tolerance is a 1/8 inch change on the TV monitor.
Refer to Direction 46-013894 System Field Test for HHS" and perform the required HHS
tests.
