The dynamic, globalized and transparent world requires new forms of collaboration and coopera- Achieve global impact tion to get things done. From organizing a small CO team to tackling global challenges, old hierarchical N SP VE HE RG RE IN models just wont do any more. The need for inS G novation and dynamic interaction with our multiple environments is huge and asking for appropriate Timetable (draft) rapid answers, which cant be given by a single mind. Timing will be a collaborative effort of the group. In this module, we will address these issues and search for new ways of creative collaborationand Material, preparation try them out. Standard set of facilitation equipment, data projectors, flipchart and pinboards Participants will be able to identify five major fields of collaboration: people, places, tools, values and ideas. They will learn how to evaluate each field for a given team or project and will gain an understanding of how to successfully tackle the challenges raised by each field and by their interactive dynamics. Participants will have an understanding of processes and methods of collaboration and will learn how to design a collaborative process for their need. On a reflective level they will learn how good collaboration will have an effect on personal, team and global issues and why agile collaboration is a fundamental factor for successful projects.

Activities

Short intensive inputs will give a solid background and framework of collaboration theory. We will work on the design of a collaborative process together, while collaborating in real time and reflecting on our own activity while we go along.
