HR Assistant Human Resources HR Officer 1 8 9 / per hour

Job Purpose:

To provide a professional and customer-focused HR service to all staff with a view to add internal value to the Company. Support the HR Officer on a day-today basis and contribute to the development of the HR function. Working with circa 170 staff, the HR Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for all staff with HR queries. Ability to work with information of a sensitive and confidential nature is of paramount importance. N/A

Special Conditions Span of control

HR Administration and Paperwork Administer new starter and leaver paperwork Ensure timely submission of HR paperwork from managers Prepare documentation relating to changes in staff roles/remuneration etc Manage personnel files and the HR system to ensure information is updated in a timely and accurate manner and ensure compliance with legal or data protection policies Ensure that internal HR forms are comprehensive and up to date Provide general administrative support in all employee relations matters Recruitment & Selection Ensure recruitment administration is up to date and sent to agencies as appropriate Log all up to date job descriptions Advertise internal/external vacancies Training & Development Maintain training records for all staff and assist with training initiatives as required Drive the use of the internal e-learning suite of courses Send evaluation forms to staff following training course completion Other Provision of HR statistics and KPIs within monthly HR report Assist with monthly payroll and pensions information to be forwarded to our outsourced payroll company Serve as a point of contact for all staff with basic HR queries Contribute to ad hoc project work as required
