Responsibilities: Meet individuals on behalf of CEO Manage and maintain executive schedule Read and analyze incoming memos,

yze incoming memos, submissions, correspondence including faxes and reports in order to determine their signification and plan their distribution. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries and Thank you notes. Prepare papers, reports and presentations and archive them Make travel arrangements Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings Coordinate and direct office services such as stationary materials, calling engineer for repairing photocopier, fax machine, telephones and others. Resolve disputes in the office. Administer the e-commerce site in cooperation with the e-commerce manager Diary management including the scheduling, organizing and arranging of meetings and other business commitments of the CEO and ensure he is suitably briefed for appointments and meetings. Assisting with Board Meetings and distribution of any papers, organization of refreshments for meetings. Produce reports, letters and presentations on various software packages from dictation, notes or draft correspondence where appropriate. Sort, screen and priority incoming mail (by post, email and fax) and calls and ensure it is dealt with promptly and effectively. Liaise extensively with internal and external business contacts. Arrange travel and hotel bookings for the CEO/Board. Coordinate and organize business trips for international VIPs. Assist the Board members when required and re-distribute any post, email and calls effectively. To carry out various ad hoc duties as necessary. Other duties include: Manage, organize and instruct the Corporate Services Team to ensure smooth running of the day to day operations

Requirements: Female, max 30 years old University Degree 5+ years' experience supporting at the executive level as Personal Assistant to CEO at Big local Company or MNC or Public Accountants Firm (KAP) Previous PA to CEO experience at the Public Accountant Firm (KAP / Kantor Akuntan Publik) is a plus Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Deals With Stress, High Communication Skills, Representable, Trustworthy, Analytical, Action And Result Oriented, High Composure, Flexible, Team Player Excellent organizational skills Calm and professional at all times Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion

Flexible Open communicator Customer focused Polite and friendly manner Ability to work on own initiative Accurate and quality conscious Proactive and able to juggle several tasks and deliver under pressure Fluent spoken and written English Advanced IT skills including Microsoft office packages i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint Typing speed min. 60 wpm Proven track record of role as PA at Director or Board level and experience of Office Management Very Good in details Good looking and corporate-look Work location: Jakarta
