KNOW ALL MEN THAT I CERTIFY IN THIS AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH THAT THE FOLLOWING FACTS ARE TRUE, CORRECT, AND COMPLETE: I, John-Henry: Doe, c/o: 123 South Street, Santa Rosa, California, do solemnly swear, affirm, declare, attest, and depose: 1. That I am of lawful age and am competent to make this Affidavit. 2. That I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein. 3. That the following listed companies have each securitized my property without my permission and then sold it on the open market and collected a profit. 4. That each and every company listed in item #3 above has effectively taken from me a 100% discount, considering the fact that I was NEVER PAID.

5. That the funds are my property, as it is my security, and each and every company listed on point #3 above had no authority to create or sell it and is therefore operating in fraud. This is the reason I am claiming an Original Issue Discount. 6. The additional tax burden of $1,829.00 that I have elected to pay under this corrected 1040 is based upon my acceptance of the IRS offer to collect on my behalf as stipulated in Title 26. Failure by IRS to collect the funds from the above listed corporations (which are engaged in criminal activity and fraud) is breach of contract; as well as aiding and abetting their fraud. 7. Anyone wishing to rebut this affidavit can do so in the next 10 days. You have been contracted to pay. I have already done the tax assessment, sworn under penalty of perjury which agents of IRS have failed to rebut. I specifically indicated how much is to be refunded to me. You know from whom these funds need to be collected and are required to do so.

NOTICE: If the Internal Revenue Service has someone that can rebut this affidavit please have
that person do so. If not rebutted, this affirmation stands as fact You may respond, in writing, within ten days of the date of mailing of this Affidavit to: John-Henry: Doe; c/o: Sam Spade, NOTARY PUBLIC 123 Somewhere Road Santa Rosa, California 98765 Failure to address me in any other manner than the above format will result in my refusal of your papers for cause without dishonor and without recourse to me. Your failure to respond within ten days of the date of this affidavit or by responding without properly addressing me will constitute an abandonment of your claim and your agreement to cancel all charges. Your silence is your acquiescence to this Affidavit in its entirety which is estoppel by acquiescence. See: Connally v. General Construction Co., 269 U.S. 385, 391. Notification of legal responsibility is the first essential of due process of law. Also, see: U.S. v. Tweel, 550 F. 2d. 297. Silence can only be equated with fraud where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading. This ruling of the United States Supreme Court was rendered with regard to fraud perpetrated by the IRS.
