BIOGRAFIJA EPISKOPA TEODOSIJA


Novorukopolo`eni episkop lipqanski Taodosije, svetovno @ivko [ibali} (1963) rodom je iz ^a~ka. Posle zavr{ene osnovne i sredwe {kole u Gorjanima i U`icu, studije na Bogoslovskom fakultetu u Beogradu zavr{io iz manastira Visoki De~ani. Monaski `ivot zapo~eo je u manastiru Crna Reka, pod duhovnim rukovodstvom tada{weg igumana Artemija (Radosavqevi}a), sada{weg episkopa ra{ko-prizrenskog i kosovsko-metohijskog. Zamona{io se 1989, a za igumana de~anskog imenovan je tri godine kasnije, kada je u zadu`bini svetog kraqa Stefana De~anskog obnovqeno op{te`i}e. Za episkopa lipqanskog i vikara Eparhije ra{ko-prizrenske izabran je na ovoogodi{wem majskom zasedawu Svetog arhijerejskog sabora SPC. Sedi{te vladike Teodosija bi}e u Visokim De~anima koji su trenutno, sa 30 monaha i isku{enika, najve}i mu{ki manastir u SPC.

The newly consecrated Bishop Teodosije (Theodosios) of Lipljan, was born Zivko Sibalic (1963) in Cacak. Upon completing his elementary and secondary school studies in Gorjani and Uzice, he studied theology at the Theological Faculty in Belgrade, graduating while at Decani Monastery. He began his monastic life in Crna Reka Monastery under the spiritual guidance of then Abbot Artemije (Radosavljevic), now Bishop of RaskaPrizren and Kosovo-Metohija. He took his monastic vows in 1989 and appointed Abbot of Decani three years later upon the restoration of monastic communal life (coenobitism) in the endowment shrine of the Holy King, St. Stefan of Decani. He was elected Bishop of Lipljan and Vicar of the Diocese of Raska and Prizren at this year's May session of the Holy Assembly of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Bishop Teodosije's see will be at Visoki Decani, currently the largest male monastery of the Serbian Orthodox Church, number 30 monks and novices today.

Neizmerno blagodarim Bogu, {to me je u pravo vreme uputio na Bogoslovski fakultet, gde sam sreo najve}e bogoslove i u~iteqe na{e Crkve u liku svojih otaca i profesora, koji su danas ovde i prisutni. Oni su mi na najboqi na~in udahnuli duh bogoslovqa i nau~ili me da je Crkva Bo`ija - `iva Crkva, i da se samo kroz wu i u woj mo`emo spasti; da se samo kroz Svetu Liturgiju otkriva kona~ni smisao `ivqewa, kako ovde na zemqi, tako i u ve~nosti; da se samo verom mo`e istinski `iveti i delima svoja vera potvr|ivati. Blagodarim i Wegovoj Svetosti, Patrijarhu na{em gospodinu Pavlu, tada{wem episkopu ra{ko-prizrenskome, {to je imao o~insko razumevawe za moj izbor da se posvetim mona{kom pozivu i da budem monah u wegovoj eparhiji; koji me je zamona{io u malenom, ali za mene mnogo zna~ajnom crnore~kom manastiru, koji }e kasnije postati pravi rasadnik mu{kog mona{tva u celoj eparhiji; koji me je rukopolo`io u prvi stepen sve{tenstva, dav{i mi |akonski ~in u sabornoj crkvi Svetog Velikomu~enika Georgija u Prizrenu, a koja je danas poru{ena od strane neprijateqa i vi{e se u woj ne slu`i. A najve}u blagodarnost odajem duhovnom ocu i vladici svome Artemiju, koji mi je u `ivotu bio sve; i roditeq, i u~iteq, i duhovni rukovoditeq na tesnom i uskom putu Hristovom (up. Mt. 7, 14); koji me je pa`qivo i strpqivo uzvodio na lestvici duhovnog `ivota - od isku{enika, preko mona{kog do igumanskog slu`ewa, pa sve do danas, kada sam primio najve}u blagodat ovde na zemqi - blagodat episkopskog slu`ewa. Pored svega velikog i uzvi{enog {to mi je predao, od svega isti~em to, {to me je nau~io i nazidao na temequ o~inskog blagoslova svetog starca Ave Justina ]elijskog; {to me je nau~io kako se istinski Bogu slu`i celim svojim bi}em u smirewu i potpunoj predanosti voqi Wegovoj svetoj. Sa punim poverewem uzveo me je u zvawe igumana ove svete obiteqi, tada mladog i u svemu neiskusnog, ali nikada me ne ostavqaju}i samog, bez svoje pomo}i i za{tite. Blagoslov wegov uvek me je pratio i {titio, naro~ito u ove posledwe i najte`e dane, kada smo svi pro{li, a i sada prolazimo Hristovu Golgotu, stradaju}i i bivaju}i u opasnostima svakodnevnim. Poverio mi je bratiju, sa kojom sam po~eo podvig i `ivot u ovoj svetoj obiteqi, a koja se wegovim molitvama umno`ila u mnogorodno drvo, na ~ije grane danas mnogi dolaze i hrane se wenim slatkim duhovnim plodovima. Mojoj bratiji de~anskoj, koja mi je od svih najbli`a i najdra`a, neka je hvala na svemu, jer ose}am da bez wih ni ja danas ne bih postojao na ovom svetom mestu. Ovog puta od svih wih tra`im opro{taj, ako sam nekada nekoga povredio i ako ga nisam na pravi na~in razumeo ili prihvatio, a molim se Gospodu i Svetom Kraqu da nas do kraja na{eg zemnog podviga sve sa~uva objediwenim, slo`nim i nepokolebqivim. A Svetom Kraqu, osniva~u ove svete obiteqi, najve}a blagodarnost od mene i od sve bratije, na prvom mestu {to nas je izabrao i prizvao da mu slu`imo, {to nas je u sve dane te{ke i tegobne ~uvao i sa~uvao, daju}i nam nadu i radost, vode}i nas ka ve~nom nebeskom ciqu - Carstvu Bo`ijem. Od Svetog Arhijerejskog Sabora Srpske Pravoslavne Crkve, prizvan sam da u episkopskom ~inu poma`em svome arhijereju na prostoru mnogostradalne Eparhije ra{ko-prizrenske i kosovsko-metohijske. To mi je i najve}a ~ast koju sam mogao dobiti jer je svo moje bi}e vezano za ove prostore, za ovaj narod i wegove svetiwe. Na Kosovu i Metohiji svi stradaju, i narod i wegove vekovne svetiwe. Na ovim prostorima ima vi{e tuge i pla~a, nego li radosti i de~ijeg osmeha. Ali ovaj narod, koji je oduvek prolazio Hristovu Golgotu, sa Hristom je i vaskrsavao. Nadamo se da }e i ovaj put biti tako. Zato je ovo sveta zemqa, ovo je srpski Jerusalim koji je osve}en Bo`ijim imenom, idewem Bo`ijim putem, `ivqewem radi Boga i slu`ewem Bogu, sve do `rtve i stradawa za Wega. Ovog puta i sa ovog mesta poru~ujem svim svojim sa`iteqima, po{tenom i ~estitom narodu metohijskom i kosovskom - nemojmo posustati i nemojmo se pokolebati na svom putu ka ve~nom ciqu, ka ve~nom `ivotu. Gospod koji nas je i prizvao na ovaj put, On }e nas sa~uvati i izbaviti kada to bude trebalo, ali da mi budemo uvek blizu Wega, u Wega verujemo i u Wemu se nadamo. Zato, nemojmo olako napu{tati svoje vekovne domove i odricati se ota~kog nasle|a koje nam je u zalog predato. U ovom trenutku se}am se ne samo `ivih na zemqi, nego i onih `ivih na nebu, koji su napustili ovaj zemaqski `ivot; bilo preminulih, bilo prisilno odaslanih odavde - ubistvima, klawima, mu~ewima. Posebno bih se ose}ao neiskrenim, ako ne bih ovde pred svima Vama, pomenuo i ''milostivog Samarjanina'', ovog puta u liku italijanskih vojnika, koji nas danono}no ~uvaju i o nama brinu i bez ~ije za{tite i pomo}i mi danas ovde u ovim uslovima ne bismo mogli da opstanemo. Mi se wima ne mo`emo ni~im odu`iti, do molitvom Svetom Kraqu da im on uzvrati za sva wihova dobra koja su u~inili wegovoj svetiwi. Hvala i onima susedima na{im sa kojima delimo ovo par~e zemqe pod nebom. Ova svetiwa i weni `iteqi uvek su im }inili dobro. Neki su na to uzvra}ali dobrom, a neki nisu. Verujem u Oca i Sina i Svetoga Duha, Jednoga Boga u Tri Lica nedeqivo razdeqivanog; razdeqivanog po Li~nim svojstvima, nerazdeqivog po su{tini. Jedna i ista je svecela Trojica, i jedna i ista je svecela Jedinica; Jedinica po su{tini i prirodi i obli~ju, a Trojica po Linim svojstvima i Imenima; jer se naziva: jedan Otac, a jedan Sin, a jedan Sveti Duh. Otac je Nero|en i Bespo~etan; Nero|en, jer nema ni~eg starijeg od Wega, jer On (uvek) be{e i svakako be{e Bog; a Bespo~etan je zato {to niotkuda nema bi}e, nego sam od sebe. Verujem tako|e da je Otac Uzrok Sina i Duha: Sina ra|awem, a Svetoga Duha isho|ewem, i u tome se nikakva razlika niti otu|ewe ne sagledava, nego samo razlika Ipostasnih svojstava. Jer Otac ra|a Sina i izvodi Duha Svetoga, a Sin se ra|a od jedinog Oca, i Duh Sveti ishodi od Oca, te tako po{tujem jedno Na~elo (ili Po~etak) i priznajem Oca jedinim Uzrokom Sina i Duha. A i Sina nazivam Po~etkom nadvremenim i neograni~enim, ne kao po~etkom stvorewa, kao prvostvorenoga koji wih prevashodi stare{instvom - ne bilo toga! To je buncawe arijanske bezbo`nosti, jer taj zloimeni (Arije) bogohulio je da su Sin i Duh Sveti stvorewa a ja govorim da je Sin sabespo~etni Po~etak od Bespo~etnoga Oca, da ne bi bila prihva}ena dva na~ela (ili dva po~etka). A sa ovim Po~etkom o Sinu, ispovedam tako|e i Duha Svetoga, po{to i Sin i Duh Sveti i istovremeno i zajedno imaju bi}e od Oca: jedan ro|ewem, a druga isho|ewem, kako je ve} re~eno. I niti se Otac razdvaja od Sina, niti Sin od Duha, niti Duh Sveti od Oca i Sina, nego je sav Otac u Sinu i u Svetome Duhu, i sav Sin je u Ocu i u Svetome Duhu, i sav Duh Sveti u Ocu i u Sinu, jer su sjediweni razdeqeno i razdeqeni sjediweno. Ispovedam tako|e da je Logos Bo`iji, Save~ni Ocu, Nadvremeni, Neobuhvativi, Bezgrani~ni, si{ao do na{e prirode i ~oveka uni`enog i svega palog uzeo od ~edne i devi~anske krvi jedine Preneporo~ne i ^iste Djeve, da bi, iz Svojega milosr|a, vascelome svetu podario spasewe i blagodat. A ja ispovedam Wega - Hrista - kao savr{enoga Boga i Wega istoga kao savr{enoga ^oveka; Koji, ~im je postao telo istovremeno je to bilo telo Boga Logosa, odu{evqeno razumnom i umnom du{om; Koji o~uvava i posle sjediwewa sva prirodna svojstva Svoga Bo`anstva i ~ove~anstva, i nije promenio osobine Svoga Bo`anstva ili ~ove~anstva usled celovitog sjediwewa sa Logosom; Wega istoga Koji ima Jednu slo`enu Ipostas, dve prirode i energije, koja Ipostas ~uva ovo (dvoje) iz ~ega je i u cemu je On Isti, Jedan Isus Hristos, Bog na{, Koji ima i dve prirodne, a ne gnomi~ke voqe. A treba znati da je On postradao za nas kao Bog, ali telom, a nikako da je Bo`anstvo stradalno ili da je Ono stradalo telom. Jo{ ispovedam da je On uzeo na Sebe sva na{a besprekorna stradawa, koja su svojstvena na{oj prirodi, osim greha, kao {to su: glad, `e|, zamor, suze i tome sli~no, koja deluju u Wemu, ali ne prinudno kao kod nas, nego tako {to qudska voqa sledi Wegovu bo`ansku voqu. Jer On hote}i - ogladne, hote}i - o`edne, hote}i umori se, hote}i - umre. On, dakle, umire primaju}i smrt za nas, a Wegovo Bo`anstvo ostaje nestradalno. Jer On, Koji uzima na Sebe greh sveta, nije podlegao smrti (nu`no) ve} radi toga da sve nas izbavi od svepro`drqive ruke smrti i da nas krvqu Svojom privede Ocu Svome. I smrt, napadnuv{i telo qudsko, silom Bo`anstva biva smrvqena, i du{e pravednika, od veka okovane, bivaju izvedene odande. A posle Wegovog vaskrsewa iz mrtvih, po{to se ~etrdeset dana pojavqivao na zemqi sa u~enicima Svojim, vazneo se na nebo i seo sa desne strane Oca. Desnu pak stranu Oca ne ka`em prostorno, niti ograni~eno, nego ka`em da je desna strana Bo`ija - ona bespo~etna i predve~na slava koju Sin ima|a{e pre o~ove~ewa, i posle o~ove~ewa istu ima. Jer Wegovo sveto telo po{tuje se ~asnim poklowewem zajedno sa Wegovim Bo`anstvom, ali ne kao da je Sveta Trojica primila dodatak - da ne bude! - jer, Trojica je ostala Trojica i posle sjediwewa Jedinorodnoga, a Wegovo sveto telo ostaje nerazdvojno i sa Wim ostaje i nadaqe doveka. I think of Father Gavrilo (Gabriel) - archdeacon, our brother; I think of Monk Hariton (Chariton), also our brother; and also of Hieromonk Stefan; and the slain children from Gorazdevac near Pec; and the recently slain Dimitrije (Popovic) from Gracanica. All of them were tortured and killed for Christ and for their Serbian name. By their innocent blood the Lord redeems the Serbian nation from all its misconceptions, wanderings and mistakes throughout history to the present day. I would feel very insincere if I did not mention here before you "the good Samaritan" embodied in Italian KFOR, who keeps watch over us around the clock and care for us and without whose protection and assistance we could not survive here today. We have nothing with which to repay this great debt except our prayers to the Holy King that all the kindnesses they have brought to his holy shrine be returned in kind. We also wish to thank our neighbors [Kosovo Albanians] with whom we share this piece of land under heaven. This holy shrine and its inhabitants have always served them well. Jer svakome od Wih sopstvena je Svoja Ipostas i ono {to se na wu odnosi, a zajedni~ka Im je ne samo nadsu{tastvena i nepristupna, po{to je iznad svakog imenovawa i projavqivawa i op{tewa ili zajedni~ewa - nego i blagodat i sila i energija i svetlost i Carstvo i besmrtnost i uop{te sve ono ~ime Bog op{ti i zajedni~ki i po blagodati se sjediwuje sa svetim An|elima i qudima, ne gube}i pritom Svoju prostotu niti zbog deqivosti i razlikovawa Triju Ipostasi, niti zbog deqivosti i raznovrsnosti sila i energija. Tako ispovedam Jednog Svemogu}eg Boga u jednom Bo`anstvu, jer niti od savr{enih Triju Ipostasi biva neka slo`enost, niti se Bog, zato {to ima i poseduje prirodnu mo} i silu i energiju i blagodat, mo`e zbog toga nazvati slo`enim. Ispovedam i s qubavqu primam ~isti i ~estiti hri{}anki `ivot u veri i nadi i qubavi i u svima hri{}anskim podvizima, vrlinama i blagodatnim darovima Duha Svetoga, a odbacujem prqavo i ne~isto i bogolikog ~oveka nedostojno `ivqewe i delawe. Primam i bogonadahnute spise i u~ewa starijih i novijih Svetih Otaca Crkve Hristove, koji su saglasni Jevan|equ i u~ewu Svetih Apostola i po{tujem ih i prihvatam kao doprinose}a izgra|ivawu savr{enoga ~oveka po meri rasta puno}e Hrista Bogo~oveka i sabornoga `ivqewa i spasewa sviju u zajednici Tela Hristovog koje je Crkva. Ispovedam kao veoma va`no da ~uvam i dr`im jedinstvo vere pravoslavne svezom mira crkvenoga, i da sve ono {to Jedna, Sveta, Saborna i Apostolska Crkva Pravoslavnih prima i dogmatski ispoveda, to i ja primam i verujem i ispovedam; ni{ta ne dodaju}i, ni{ta ne oduzimaju}i, ni{ta ne mewaju}i ni od Dogmata ni od Predawa, nego ~vrsto stoje}i u wima i sve to sa strahom Bo`ijim i dobrom save{}u u~e}i i propovedaju}i; a sve {to ona osu|uje i odbacuje kao u~ewe tu|e Javan|equ, to i ja odbacujem i sasvim odgonim od Stada Hristovog. Ispovedam i ~vrsto verujem da se na Bo`anstvenoj Liturgiji izvr{uje pretvarawe hleba i vina u istinsko Telo i Krv Hristovu, silom i dejstvom i nailaskom Svetoga Duha, saglasno re~i Gospodwoj i Jevan|elskoj veri i predawu Apostola i Svetih Otaca, a slu`ewem i molitvenim prizivawem (epiklezom) od strane Crkve Bo`ije, predvo|ene Episkopom i ~asnim prezviterima. Na Bo`anstvenoj Liturgiji, kao sabrawu i slu`ewu i svetotajinskom zajedni{tvu sve Crkve Naroda Bo`ijeg, ostvaruje se i ~ini prisutnim sav Hristov Bo`anski Domostroj spasewa sveta i roda qudskog, u woj se otkriva Bogo~ove~anska Svetajna Crkve Bo`ije kao ve~noga Carstva Svete Trojice, tako da samo onaj ko zna {ta je Liturgija, zna i {ta je Crkva Bo`ija, i zna da bez Bo`anske Liturgije, kao sabrawa i zajedni~ewa svih u Hristu vernih, sabirnih oko Episkopa, prezvitera i |akona, ni Crkva se ne naziva. Obe}avam da }u ~uvati i ~vrsto odr`avati crkveni mir, da }u usrdno pou~avati u Jevan|equ povereni mi narod i, koliko god mo}i imam, pravo upravqati Re~ju Istine, i da nijednim obi~ajem, u bilo ~emu ne}u umovati ni ~initi suprotno Pravoslavnoj katoli~anskoj isto~noj hri{}anskoj veri, do kraja moga `ivota, kao da }u u svemu Crkvenom slediti i svagda se poviwavati svetom Saboru Arhijerejskom, koji se, kao i u drevna apostolska vremena, svake godine sastaje. By the laying on of their hands on those chosen from among the faithful, the Apostles consecrated bishops, priests and deacons. It is evident from this that the Christian faith is not merely dogma but spiritual power. Bishop Nikolai Velimirovich The consecration of a bishop is comprised of three separate rites: the rite of election, of confession and the actual consecration. Election: Before the Vigil on the eve of the consecration, the hierarchs who are to perform the rite take their places at a table in the middle of the church. From the altar two senior priests lead the candidate to the table. All stand as the protodeacon reads the nomination, to which the candidate responds: "I return thanks, and accept, and say nothing contrary thereto." The hierarchs chant some brief prayers, invoking the Holy Spirit Who was sent down upon the Apostles and empowered them to "catch the universe" with the preaching of the Gospel. After a short litany, the nominee delivers his acceptance speech. He then retires to the altar and the Vigil begins.

Confession: The next morning, after the reading of the Hours, the hierarchs again take their places behind the table, in front of which is a large eagle rug. The senior priest and protodeacon lead the bishop-elect onto the tail of the eagle. He is asked, "How believest thou?" and responds by reciting the Creed. Advancing to the middle of the rug, he expounds on the Creed by reciting a second "confession of faith". Finally, at the top of the rug, he is asked to explain his attitude towards the canons and traditions of the Church. The candidate promises to observe these and likewise "to preserve the peace of the Church and firmly to hold and zealously to teach the people entrusted to me, and not to devise any thing whatsoever which is contrary to the Orthodox Catholic Christian faith of the East all the days of my life....I promise also to do nothing through constraint, whether coerced by powerful persons, or by a multitude of the people....I promise to visit and watch over the flock now confided to me, after the manner of the Apostles...and to inspect with diligence, and to exhort and inhibit, that there be no schisms, superstitions and impious veneration, and that no customs contrary to Christian piety and good morals may injure Christian conduct....And may our God, Who seeth the heart, be the witness to my vow." The bishop-elect then bows down before the assembled hierarchs and kisses their hands as a sign that he is entering their ranks and as a pledge of love and peace with them in Christ. The choir sings "Many years", and the bishop-elect goes into the altar, where he stands at the side on an eagle rug, waiting like a bride-to-be, as the Liturgy begins. Obe}avam da }u sa strahom Bo`ijim i bogoqubivim i ~ovekoqubivim raspolo`ewem pastirstvovati povereni mi Narod Bo`iji, ovo stado Pastirena~alnika Hrista u kojem sam postavqen da sve{tenodejstvujem Jevan|eqe spasewa i da Bogu prinosim darove i `rtve Wegove Svete Crkve. Zato zavet dajem da }u poverenu mi pastvu ~esto pose}ivati i sabirati na Slu`bu Bo`iju i jevan|elskim pou~avawem je ~uvati, sa svakim usr|em i starawem, od svih jeresi i raskola, od sujeverja i la`nog `ivqewa i od svakog nepravednog delawa. Obe}avam da, bez krajwe nu`de i te{ke krivice, ne}u nikoga, bilo pojedinca bilo zajednicu, od Crkvenih tajni i zajedni{tva u Hristu odlu~ivati, niti prokliwati, nego ve}ma u Duhu Svetome savetovati i na put pokajawa i spasewa obra}ati. Sa protivnicima Crkve Svete postupa}u sa rasu|ivawem, krotko i pravedno, po Apostolu Pavlu, jer sluzi Gospodwem ne prili~i da se gnevi, nego da bude tih, nezlobiv i ~ovekoqubiv prema svima, mole}i se Bogu da svima qudima podari pokajawe za poznawe Istine. U svetovne poslove ne}u se uplitati, osim ako je u~iwena neka javna nepravda, u kom slu~aju }u najpre savetovati, a onda i u za{titu ugro`enih ustajati, saglasno Jevan|elskoj re~i da se ve}ma treba pokoravati Bogu nego qudima i iskati pre svega Carstvo Nebesko i Pravdu Bo`iju, a za slabe se pravedno zauzimati i malu bra}u Hristovu nikada ne zaboravqati. Stara}u se da sve ~inim sa iskrenom qubavqu prema Bogu i bli`wima, a kao kona~no merilo i ciq svih misli, re~i i dela svojih postavqa}u slavu Bo`iju, spasewe du{a qudskih i sve tvorevine Bo`ije, izgra|ivawe bogolikih qudskih li~nosti i sazidawe Bogo~ove~anskog Tela Crkve, ne tra`e}i ono {to je moje, nego ono {to je Gospoda Hrista, Arhipastira sviju nas i Vrhovne Glave vascele Crkve Bo`ije kao smisla i vozglavqewa celokupne tvorevine. Uz ovo obe}avam da ni{ta ne}u raditi pod prinudom, ma bio i primoravan od vlastodr`aca ili od mno{tva qudi, pa makar mi i smr}u pretili zahtevaju}i od mene da u~inim ne{to {to je suprotno Bo`anskim zapovestima i sve{tenim pravilima Crkve Hristove. U tu|oj Eparhiji ne}u bogoslu`iti ili vr{iti ikakvu sve{tenu radwu bez saglasnosti Episkopa doti~ne Eparhije. Isto tako, ne}u rukopolagati ni jereja, ni |akona, niti bilo kakvoga klirika tu|e Eparhije, niti ih primati bez otpusnih gramata wihovih Episkopa. Predawe je Svetih Otaca Crkve da na jednoj Liturgiji rukopola`emo samo po jednog prezvitera i |akona, a ne vi{e wih, i tu sve{tenu praksu po{tova}u i ~uva}u. Mona{tvo }u rukovoditi po pravilima i ustavima Svetih Otaca, koji su kroz vekove va`ili i danas va`e u Pravoslavqu, kako u blagoqepiju svetog Bogoslu`ewa, tako i u ostalom poretku mona{kog devstvenog i an|elskog `ivqewa i hristolikoga i mu~enikopodobnog podvizavawa. Jo{ obe}avam da }u, kada me Sveti Sinod, sa Patrijarhom (ili drugim Prvojererhom) na ~elu, blagoizvoli pozvati na Sabor, do}i na Sabor zajedno sa svojom bra}om Episkopima, bez neumesnog pravdawa ili izgovora. Ako bi, {tavi{e, neki mo}nici ili mno{tvo qudi hteli da me spre~e, du`an sam da se odazovem pozivu na Sveti Arhijerejski Sabor, jer je Sabor i sabornost Episkopata i cele Crkve Bo`ije Svetoduhovski dar i ustanova i `ivo kroz vekove Apostolsko-svetoota~ko predawe u Crkvi Isto~noj Pravoslavnoj. Na kraju, zavetno iskazujem pred Bogom @ivim i Crkvom Svetih Wegovih, sastavqenom od An|ela i od qudi, i pred Va{om apostolskom Svetiwom: da }u uvek pamtiti stra{ne re~i Svetoga Pisma: Proklet svako ko nemarno vr{i delo Bo`je! - te zato savesno obe}avam da }u se starati, koliko mi je qudskih mo}i, da u svakom delu ovoga apostolskog zvawa i slu`ewa hodim kao u delu Bo`ijem, sa svakom pobo`no{}u i blagorazumnom revno{}u, sa iskrenim hristoqubqem i ~ovekoqubqem, a Srceznalac Bog neka mi svagda i u svemu bude svedok i pravedni Sudija. Tako|e iskazujem pred Svevide}im Bogom i Va{im Bogoqubqem da sve ovo izlo`eno u mojem episkopskom ispovedawu i zavetovawu ne shvatam druga~ije nego kako ovde izgovorih i svojeru~no potpisah. A u svemu mojem od danas pa nadaqe episkopskom `ivqewu, slu`ewu, upravqawu i delawu u Bogopoverenoj mi ovoj Crkvi Naroda Bo`ijeg molim se Bogu, a molim i sve Vas da se molite: da mi svagda i u svemu bude U~iteq i Pomo}nik - Na~elnik i Savr{iteq vere i svakog dobrog dela i re~i jevan|elske, Gospod moj i Bog moj, Jedini ^ovekoqubac, Milostivi Spasiteq sviju nas i svega roda qudskog, Bogo~ovek Isus Hristos, Kome neka je, zajedno sa Vi{wim Ocem i Svesvetim Duhom, svaka slava, ~ast i poklowewe, ve~na qubav na{a i blagodarnost besmrtna, sada i uvek i u vekove vekova. Providence brought us together. There is enough bread, sun, water and God's love in Kosovo and Metohija for all. It has been and is being shown to everyone with a soul and reason that violence and pogroms, division, hatred and crime, no matter whence they come, have never brought nor will bring happiness to anyone. Evil cannot bring good. One's future cannot be build on tragedy and the innocently spilled tears and blood of others, especially innocent children. It is good that that expelled Albanians returned to their centuries-old homes and restored them. Is it not equally good that expelled Serbs and other residents of Kosovo and Metohija return as soon as possible to live in peace and freedom in their centuriesold homes? God's justice requires it, as does fundamental human compassion and general human and European standards of democracy and compassion. Every trampling of eternal moral laws and general human justice will sooner or later return to individuals and peoples in God's measure and justice. We wish to thank Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren for his fraternal love. Gra~anica, 28. juni 2004. - Svetom arhijerejskom liturgijom u manastiru Gra~anica i parastosom srpskim junacima na Gazimestanu koja je slu`io patrijarh srpski Pavle sa vi{e arhijereja Srpske pravoslavne crkve danas je na Kosovu i Metohiji obele`en praznik svetog kneza Lazara, Vidovdan, i 615-godi{wica Kosovskog boja. U besedi posle pomena "svim junacima koji su ~asno stradali na braniku otaxbine od Boja na Kosovu do danas", poglavar SPC podsetio je da se "Vidovdan i sveti knez Lazar zbog neprolaznih vrednosti za koje se borio i `ivot svoj polo`io nalazi u `i`i svesti i srca celog na{eg naroda". - To treba da i danas pouka bude nama pouka i put kojim treba da idemo. Vladika Artemije je u besedi na liturgiji u manastiru Gra~anica pozvao kosovske Srbe da ostanu u svojim domovima, da "ostanu, ~vrsto se dr`e svojih svetiwa, grobova svojih predaka i svete kosovsko-metohijske zemqe jer, kako je naglasio, bez Kosova nema pravoslavqa za Srbe niti srpske dr`ave". Na Pri{tinskom univerzitetu izme{tenom u Kosovsku Motrovicu danas je prvi put, posle pet godina, obele`en Dan Univerziteta Vidovdan. U prisustvu velikog broja gostiju sa svih Univerziteta u Srbiji, predstavnika privrednog i politi~kog `ivota, verskih zajednica, odr`ana je sve~ana akademija na kojoj je rektor Pri{tinskog univerziteta Radivoje Papovi} podsetio na sva stradawa srpskog naroda u proteklih {est vekova. Papovi} je istako da je Kosovo danas "pritisnuto i ~izmom i mr`wom". ERP KIM Info-slu`ba Gra~anica, 14. juni 2004. Budu}i da su neki predstavnici javnih glasila u Srbiji danas kontaktirali francuski KFOR povodom saop{tewa ERP KiM o kra|i mostiju od strane francuskog vojnog kapelana Kristijana Venara (Christian Venard) i da im je predstavnik francuskog KFOR-a saopt{io da su svete mo{ti navodno ve} vra}ene u manastir Devi~, Eparhija ra{ko-prizrenska `eli da precizira da do nedeqe 6. juna mo{ti zasigurno nisu bile vra}ene u Devi~ jer je predstavnik Eparhije monah Jezekiq Staki} kontaktirao igumaniju Anastasiju, koja je potvrdila da mo{ti nisu bile vra}ene. U me|uvremenu igumanija Anastasija nije obavestila Eparhiju o povratku ukradene kutijice sa svetiwama. Eparhija je mi{qewa da je gotovo izvesno da }e mo{ti biti vra}ene, posebno nakon {to je cela pri~a iza{la u javnost, ali je posebno va`no imati u vidu da su mo{ti uzete neposredno nakon martovskog pogroma i da su vra}ene, odnosno tek treba da budu vra}ene: 1. tek na intervenciju predstavnika SPC koji su slu~ajno iz me|unarodnih izvora saznali za kra|u kapelana Venara, i 2. nakon vi{e od dva meseca neovla{}enog zadr`avawa imovine SPC kod nepoznatih lica i zbog sasvim nepoznatih razloga Imaju}i u vidu ove dve ~iwenice sasvim je neosporno da je re~ o otvorenoj kra|i svetiwa (svetotatstvu) za koju odgovorni moraju da odgovaraju. Ponavqamo, da je Venar imao dobru nameru, kutijice sa svetiwama bi odmah bile predane Pravoslavnoj Crkvi, {to nije u~iweno. Poku{aj prikrivawa istine, vra}awem ukradenih stvari (nakon vi{e od dva meseca) i bez obja{wewa za{to je i kako Venar uzimao svetiwe iz pravoslavnih Crkava predstavqa otvoreno sau~estvovawe u kra|i koja nimalo ne prili~i francuskoj vojsci i KFOR-u. Naravno, Eparhiji ra{ko-prizrenskoj je stalo da se ukradene svetiwe {to pre vrate ali i da se razotkrije cela istina, jer postoji sasvim osnovana sumwa da je Venar obilazio i neke druge hramove sa istim ciqem, {to Eparhija zbog ograni~enosti kretawa po KIM nije u mogu}nosti da proveri. Tako|e, imaju}i u vidu ovaj incident u Eparhiji se sasvim razumqivo javqaju sumwe da li su i druga me|unarodna lica bilo iz KFOR-a ili UNMIK-a u~estvovala u sli~nim kra|ama, budu}i da u zapaqenim crkvama nisu prona|eni tragovi brojnih dragocenosti. Pre dve godine jedan nema~ki vojnik KFOR-a je osu|en u Nema~koj zbog kra|e vrednog diptiha iz pravoslavne crkve u Prizrenu. ERP KiM je do sada vi{e puta obave{tavala javnost o kra|i svetiwa iz pravoslavnih crkava na Kosovu i Metohiji. Francuska kancelarija u Pri{tini o celom slu~aju je obave{tena pre skoro mesec dana i do danas, ta~nije do prekju~e mo{ti u Devi~ nisu bile vra}ene. Budu}i da mirnim posredovawem kako bi se izbegao skandal nije ni{ta postignuto, Eparhija je bila prinu|ena da vesti o ne~uvenom pona{awu rimokatoli~kog vojnog kapelana francuske vojske iznese u javnost. Svi detaqi koji se ti~u saop{tewa su provereni i fotograrfije kra|e mo{tiju i informacije vezane za izjavu Venara da mo{ti uzima kako bi ih navodno "predao biskupu u Prizren" potvr|ene su Eparhiji od pouzdanih me|unarodnih izvora koji su neposredno upu}eni u delatnosti kapelana Venara, ali koji za sada `ele da ostanu anonimni. Lica koja su ERP KiM saop{tila ~iwenice vezane za Venarovu delatnost i sama su posumwala da je re~ o neovla{}enom uzimawu pravoslavnih svetiwa i da Pravoslavna Crkva mora o tome da bude obave{tena. Episkop ra{ko-prizrenski Artemije izrazio je svoje zgra`avawe zbog ovog ne~uvenog i krajwe nedoli~nog ~ina francuskog kapelana i zatra`io je da se sve ~iwenice vezane za kra|u svetiwa razotkriju i objave u javnosti.

Eparhija napomiwe da su obe svetiwe, manastir Devi~ i crkva Sv. Save u Mitrovici uni{tene 17 i 18. marta zahvaquju}i potpunoj nespremnosti francuskog komandanta brigade KFOR-a da za{titi ove crkve od albanskog nasiqa. Prema podacima koje Eparhija poseduje i obilnoj foto-dokumentaciji vojnici ove brigade KFOR-a nisu pru`ili ni najmawi otpor u Mitrovici, pred crkvom Sv. Save, dok su iz Devi~a sramno pobegli helikopterima povev{i sa sobom stare monahiwe i ostaviv{i ~ak sopstvenu vojnu opremu, koju su kasnije Albanci pokrali zajedno sa ostalim vrednostima iz manastira. O sramnom i kukavi~kom pona{awu francuskog i nema~kog KFOR-a postoji dosta svedo~ewa i u me|unarodnoj i doma}oj {tampi pa o tome smatramo da nema potrebe vi{e da se govori.
