Home-Team Missionaries Serving With Gospel for Asia

Life at GFA
Praise God! We have now been permanently living here in Texas serving at Gospel for Asia for 6 months (Do you believe Dave has almost been here a year?). God is so faithful to us. Dave continues in the IT department at GFA. It amazes us how God continues to give him super-natural knowledge in his field doing things he has never done before. Gods grace has definitely been on Dave as he is in charge of things he has never been before. Isnt that awesome how God can take someone with knowledge but then bestow His grace and mercy on them and it goes beyond what we could ever think or imagine. We know it is because of your prayers that Dave has had Gods hand on him. I (Krysten) continue to serve in the caf for 3 days/week. We help to serve our family here and the School of Discipleship students a meal for lunch. It has been a blessing to be able to serve in the office part-time. A dear friend said to me once, I dont understand exactly how God does it but serving here in the office transforms into lives changed and churches planted on the field. What an amazing privilege I have to be a part of that. God can use me to bring others to HimI am humbled and overwhelmed every time I think of it. The kids continue to volunteer in the office weekly as well. What a blessing it is for our whole family to be a part of reaching the lost in Asia!! We thank you for being a part of that too!!

Life Through Radio

GFA Radio broadcasts in more than 100 languages throughout South Asia. The following is one letter out of more than one million responses we receive from listeners each year.
Dear GFA Radio, Greetings in the name of our Lord. I pray that this ministry may grow in the days to come in spreading the love of God through the radio. My entire family has been listening to the GFA Radio program in our language for one year. Through this radio message, we came to the saving knowledge of Christ. These messages you broadcast are really hearttouching and bring transformation in the lives of listeners. I had many bad habits and was addicted to several substances. But when I received Him, I left all that behind. This is my testimony, and this all happened because of His love and grace. Regards, Bodo Tudu

Bodo recently contacted our office and said there are 15 people in his village who have been continually listening to the GFA Radio program for more than a year. They have all chosen to follow the Lord and are eager for someone to come and teach them more about the Good News. No missionary had ever been to this village, some 250 miles away from GFAs closest office. But through the open door from GFA Radio, one of our missionaries arrived to disciple the new believers.

Kids Korner
This Summer was a fun one for the kids. They really enjoyed getting to spend time with friends and family especially during a visit up north to the PA/NJ area to visit with family. They were able to see all of their grandparents, their great-grandparents as well as celebrate the wedding of Krystens cousin Michael to Tori. It truly was a blessed time!! We came home and had a fun Star Wars marathon complete with costumes with some of the girls from staff and the School of Discipleship here. It was so fun! Of course now it is back to school once again. Ill let you guess which ones are the pictures taken on the first day of school :)
