Sunday Theme for March 3, White Sunday - The following items are needed: toilet tissue, 6 dessert plates, sturdy plastic spoons, 8 or 9 oz. foam cups, hand soap and 55 gallon heavy-duty trash can liners. PASSOVER SEDER - There is a wonderful opportunity I want to share with you! We have invited the group, Jews for Jesus, to come to Druid Hills to deliver their presentation, Christ in the Passover. During this wonderfully moving experience, missionary Ron McDevitt, will explain to us the Jewish background of Holy Communion & how all of this points to Jesus Christ as the Messiah. We will listen as Missionary McDevitt describes the ancient & modern Jewish customs with an emphasis on the redemption accomplished by Christ through His death & resurrection. This will take place on Wednesday, March 13 at 7 pm. The presentation will last about 45 minutes & will take place in the Sanctuary. We will also collect a love offering at the conclusion of the presentation. This is an exciting opportunity that I think all of you will want to see! Invite a friend and I hope to see you there! If you would be willing to host Missionary McDevitt on March 12, please contact me.
May God add His richest blessings to the reading, the hearing, and the living out of His Holy Word. Amen. Jerusalem, Jerusalem! Rev. Daryl W. Allen
