OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY Primary Objectives To know the motivational level of employees in DDB Mudra Group .

Secondary Objectives To identify the different ways in the organization to motivate the employees. To find out the factors that affect the employees motivation provided by an organization. To know how motivation creates job satisfaction among the Employees. To identify the factors which bring high level of satisfaction .
