2- Intended Learning Outcomes of the course ( ILOs): A: Knowledge and understanding of:
1. The basic principles of dental occlusion. 2. Functional and static interaction of teeth in occlusion. 3. The relationship between dental occlusion and temporomandibular joints and masticatory muscles. 4. The interrelation between dental occlusion and crown and bridge clinical practice. 5. Group discussion of cases. 6. Research methodologies.
B: Intellectual Skills:
1. Analyze clinical dental occlusion problems particularly in relation with crown & bridge. 2. Review critically the outcomes of changing the type of occlusion and make appropriate changes to original treatment plane. 3. Reflect critically on ones own practical and academic work. 4. Design and undertake a research project. 5. Analyze critically scientific data. 6. Appraise critically own and other research.
