Applauded For ESPN Pitch for The Martin Agency (X-Games)

Created a fully integrated re-branding campaign for ESPN’s
X-Games. The competition was with 8 other teams all comprised
of a writer, art director, strategist and brand manager. For our idea
of creating a companion brand to maintain the core audience while
X pulled in and captivated new audiences (much like the structure of
Toyota and Lexus) we emerged as the victors.

Passion. A characteristic found in those who achieve

greatness. It has been said, nothing in this world has ever been

4810 1. accomplished without it. This is why Project 4810 was created.
The world needs people who are not afraid to believe in change.
Allowing the amalgamation of belief and passion to make a
difference in our world.

We believe strongly in supporting people’s professional passions.

and in order for culture to feel the impact these passions can
have on a society, they must be shared by those who have the
closest connections to them.

Recruitment
The responsibility to affect change is a power meant to be held by
those with the knowledge to do so.
2.
Ergo, becoming a Project 4810 mentor will allow you to leave
your mark on the world. Influencing the people of today and

Our Mentors leaving an impression for future generations to discover.

FBI

The Goal: recruit Muslim Americans.

The Solution: run print ads written

entirely in Arabic in major American
magazines. The ads would not only speak
authentically and sincerely to the FBI's
most critical target, but would also have a
secondary effect of driving web traffic
among non-Muslim readers made curious
by the FBI's seemingly clandestine
communications.
TRANSLATION:

Maybe you've been pulled aside at the airport. Maybe you've been pulled over
while driving. Regardless, you've had enough of the stereotypes that have been
placed on you. By joining the FBI, you can change things from the inside. The more
Muslim Americans working within our organization, the higher the probability of
catching the Muslims who have turned your religion into a weapon. Help us make
America safe. For everyone.
TRANSLATION:

You don't hate this country. You don't follow the words of Osama Bin Laden or Al
Qaeda. But there are people who do, and they have become the face of your
religion. With every rumor of terror, the fear of Islam grows. But you have the
power to stop this. By joining the FBI, you will fight the people who have corrupted
the teachings of Allah. Bring your voice to the cause. Help us make America safe.
For everyone.
TRANSLATION:

The future of our country is being decided right now. Not by politicians, but by
members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. And we need your experience. As
a Muslim joining the FBI, you will immediately become a crucial element in
protecting this country. No other minority group has such an opportunity to affect
the future of our nation's policies, both domestic and foreign. Help us make
America safe. For everyone.
TRANSLATION:

Change the minds that see Muslims as a threat by stopping the Muslims that see this as a target.
TRANSLATION:

Maybe you!re on your way to work. Maybe you!re going to see friends. Family. But they don!t
know that. Someone on this train is thinking, “is that a person I need to fear?” It doesn!t have
to be like this. As a Muslim working for the FBI, you!ll be able to help us make America safe.
For everyone.
TRANSLATION:

Air travel is never easy. It!s even harder when you feel like a suspect. But you can change
this. By joining the FBI you!ll be fighting to apprehend the fanatics that have created the
stereotypes affecting your people. Help us make America safe. For everyone.
TRANSLATION:

Terror is a weapon that has affected everyone, regardless of background or beliefs.

Everyday, the men and women of the FBI work to fight the extremists seeking to use fear as a
sword. If you believe we all deserve a life free from intimidation, we may have a place for
you. Help make America safe. For everyone.
