To purchase a Sadies Hawkins Dance ticket the following items must be completed: All charges and fines cleared or paid Permission slip completed in full with all required signatures Guest permission slip completed with all required signatures Dress Code Sadie Hawkins Dance is an event sponsored by the school and all guests must be properly attired. Overly revealing clothing or inappropriate attire will prevent you from entering. Any questions about appropriate attire should be directed to Mr. Griffin, Assistant Principal. The following items are prohibited: Bare midriffs Canes Hats or headwear of any type Chains Behavior Code School dances are some of the most memorable parts of any school year, and high levels of behavior are expected. Violations of school or district policy will result in serious consequences. Violation of the Behavior Code could result in removal from the dance. Be aware of the following: No moshing/violent dancing; no table dancing/lap dancing; no hands on the floor; no freak dancing. While on the dance floor, students and guests must remain on their feet. Students who are picked up later than 11:15pm will not be able to attend the next dance. Photo ID is required to enter the dance. No exceptions.

As stated in California Education Code Section 35330, I understand that I hold the Anaheim Union High School District, its officers, agents and employees harmless from any and all liability or claims, which may arise out of or in connection with my childs participation in this activity. I fully understand that participants are to abide by all rules and regulations governing conduct during the event In the event of illness or injury, I do hereby consent to whatever x-ray, hospital care is considered necessary in the best judgment of the attending physician, surgeon or dentist and performed by or under the supervision of a member of the medical staff of the hospital or facility furnishing medical or dental services.

Sadie Hawkins tickets are CASH ONLY. Prices are: $20 for students with ASB and $25 for students without ASB and guests. Tickets at the door will be $30 for all Savanna students. No guest tickets will be sold at door. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
