AlMansoori Specialized Engineering and Hilong Group of Companies of China have established a drill pipe manufacturing plant, internal coating plant and an Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) finishing plant located in ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi. AlMansoori Specialized Engineering is the leading regional provider of Oilfield Services in the Middle East. The company operates in 19 countries providing a variety of oilfield services and producing specialized products for the oil & gas industry. Aside from these, they are also involved in trading and representing foreign companies in the local region. Hilong Group of Companies is a large Chinese conglomerate specializing in the manufacture of petroleum pipe and specialized equipment for their local and international markets. The group is located in Baoshan Industrial Zone, Shanghai and is well established and foremost manufacturer and supplier of drill pipe, OCTG and coating services in China and internationally. Drill Pipe: The company provides the industry Drill Pipe in all API and selected sour service grades in diameter ranges from 2-3/8 to 6-5/8. Drillpipe is furnished with API standard connections or Hilong Double Shoulder connections. The company has the capacity to product 18,000 metric tonnes annually.

Internal Coating The companys high performance coating materials, such as TC2000 series drill pipe internal coating materials, TC 3000 series OCTG internal coating materials is applied in our custom built plant. The plant also has the capability to recoat tubulars. The company has the capacity to coat 1 million linear meters annually.

OCTG:

The companys OCTG finishing line is equipped with high speed threading machines which have been specially developed with an automatic pipe centering device to thread casing efficiently, guaranteeing quality product first time, eliminating wastage. The company has the capacity to process 80,000metric tonnes annually.

Product Description: o Drill pipe size 2 to 6 in grades E, X G & S o Tool joints: NC26 TO NC50, 5 FH, 6 FH and Double Shoulder Tool Joint (High Torque): HLDS26 TO HLDS50, HLDS5 to HLDS6. o Sour Service: Drill pipe HL95SS, HL105SS and Tool Joint HLTJ110SS Boteng Hardbanding Wires Product Description: Based on many years of research and development the company has studied and developed high performance anti-wear and friction-reduction tool joint wear resistant hardbanding consumables BoTn1000 and BoTn3000, which have been approved and certified by NS-1 accreditation by Fearley Procter Group, UK. Tube-Cote Coating. Product Description: o Drillpipe Coating: 2 to 5. o Tubing Coating: 2 to 4. o Casing Coating: 4 to 16 o Line Pipe Coating: 2 to 16. Our coatings dramatically improve flow rates by 25% - 30%, reduce in paraffin and scale build up on pipe, improve recovery rates and fishing jobs and corrosion control. The product has been approved and certified to NS-1 accreditation by Fearley Procter Group, UK. OCTG. High Speed Threading and Torque machines enable the production line to process up to 100,000MT of tubulars annually. API casing threads are processed, progressing onto to Premium Threading. Clients have the option of purchasing the complete finished goods or, supplying the tubulars to us for threading of their selected end finish.
