Olin Incorporated Installed and configured three Compaq 3500 series servers and a WINS replication server. This included the Intel based hardware, Windows NT Server 4.0, Backup Exec and Cheyenne backup utilities. Complete documentation was provided to the company. Dimac Direct Instructed various company personnel on Outlook 97 in the areas of composing mail messages, message addressing, managing received and sent messages, storing items, using personnel folder files, automatically processing incoming mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, contact information and tracking tasks. Scott Air Force Base Instructed various military personnel on Outlook 97 in the areas of composing mail messages, message addressing, managing received and sent messages, storing items, using personnel folder files, automatically processing incoming mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, contact information and tracking tasks. California State Hospitals Scheduled and performed the hardware and software upgrade of over 200 desktop computers. The software upgrades were to Lotus 4.5, Windows 95, Explorer 3.x and McAfee Virus Scan. Ghost imaging was used to ensure a standard configuration, and profile administration was used for security. Southern Illinois University, Carbondale Contributed with the migration from OS2 to Windows NT 4.0 on university servers and upgraded desktop PCs to Windows 95 and Office 97. Hardware upgrades included new hard drives and additional RAM. Other duties included scheduling upgrades, troubleshooting and support issues, as well as training all staff on the use of Windows 95.
