General cultural information. Information is categorized. Many maps are provided, both regular and topographical. Texts, visuals, maps will provide context to landform vocabulary, for example. Vocab that covers how the environment affects culture. Compares Ancient China and Ancient Egypt. Willing to assist with any project I plan. Topographical maps? Models of landforms? Both kids site and special site for teachers. Both social studies and science Comments/Limitations Limited geographical information. I am interested in specific countries that are not all listed on this site. Need to see if this site can be accessed while on the districts server.

This is an amazing site that had all kinds of statistical data about many of the countries around the world. Compare/contrast activities could come from this site. A wonderful simulation of the reason for seasons, Earths tilt and rotation around the Sun Using rhyming, this book follows 8 children from different continents to show similarities and differences around the world. Great introductory read.
