Design Associates International, Dallas, TX December 2009 - July 2010 Project Architect, Project Manager, Facilities Manager * Coordinated bond package mandates for K-12 and presented status updates to clients and consultants on Nine (9) Dallas Independent School District (DISD) Bond projects that included office, maintenance and school buildings. * Reviewed and supervised the work of other team architects to work on the projects that I was working on and to assist them so that they would work on other DISD Bond packages similar to the projects that I was working on. * Government Background check clearance. * Accurately documented additional client requests from the Jacobs and Aecom Project managers, school principals and managers with amendments to the original Bond scope. * Field survey assessments of existing conditions of DISD schools and support buildings to determine completed work that was in the scope of work. * Modified the cost estimates with the consultant to include the changes in priorities and updated bond package drawings. * Created budgets and descriptive reports based on shifts in prioritizing items based on budgetary restraints and conditions of properties. Friedmutter Group, Newport Beach, CA May 2006 - February 2008 Project Architect/ Interior Project Architect * Worked closely with a 20+ member team on a Revit BIM model of the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Casino project plans, sections, elevations and details of a complex multi-function building including an underground parking garage, hi-rise 50 story condo tower, hi-rise 50 story hotel, with complex ceilings, swimming pool on the upper deck, and a theatre. - $3.9 billion, 3,000 condo-hotel rooms, 150,000 sq ft of convention and meeting spaces, 75,000 sq ft casino, 300,000 sq ft retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 1,800 seat theatre.
