MISSION
In the light of this Vision, the HFCC is commissioned to:
• Cater to the needs of all migrant workers with
Mary as Model;
• Organize activities and programs to promote holistic
formation of volunteers;
• Build and extend the family spirit within and outside the
community; and
• Establish linkage with other communities, organizations and agencies to help support the needs
and projects of the migrant workers.

DIFFERENT COMMITTEES/MINISTRIES:
WORSHIP COMMITTEE
B. Altar Servers
• Prepare the altar and all the things needed for the Mass; and
C. Choir
D. Church Stewards
YOUTH MINISTRY
• Encourages, recruits, and facilitates seminars for the members of the community; and
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
• Plans for enrichment seminars and trainings, spiritual activities such as retreats and
recollections, etc.;
• Conducts labor counseling to Filipino workers who have labor-related problems and concerns;
• Coordinates with other agencies and organizations who can assist in solving varied problems
encountered by Filipinos;
• Coordinates with Justice and Peace Committee (JPC) on related activities and programs;
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
TEMPORALITIES
• Facilitate the disbursement of stipend to priests, nuns and other guest celebrants and speakers;
• Prepare the financial statement of the community for the Archdiocese and for publication on
the Newsletter;
• Count, record and report all collections during Holy Masses; and
• Collaborates with hospitals, Immigration Office, Embassies, Police offices, business groups,
etc for assistance and services;
• Form pool of translators composed of Filipinos and other nationals, and experts who can take
charge of interpretation and translation needs;
• Assists the missionary apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church through the Mission Society
of the Philippines (MSP);
• Prepares special numbers such as cultural songs and dances for some social functions.
• Performs debriefing and counseling to women in general, particularly to the victims of physical,
psychological and emotional abuses; and
• Refers concerned women to different agencies and organizations that may provide professional
help;
