National Ritual Celebration Week
For the week of March 39, fraternity/sorority communities across the nation are observing Ritual Celebration Week. Ritual isnt something we do just for initiation and officer installations; its a set of principals that should guide our actions as chapters and Greek members. Wondering what to do with your chapter? Here are some ideas: -Host a ritual workshop highlight the key points of the ritual and examine what they look like in practice for your chapter -Read your ritual. WINTER 2016 Issue No. Three

Alpha Delta Pi
Alphas transformed into Deltas after ADPi initiated TWENTY colligate women into their fraternity this month. Each stage of their membership is categorized by one of their Greek letters. New members are called Alphas, initiated members are called Deltas, and alumni are called Pis. Such a GRRREAT way to recognize each womans journey through Alpha Delta Pi!

Chi Omega
The women of Chi Omega hosted an event called Seven Course Sisterhood in which the house was separated into seven rooms, each designated with one of the seven cabinets of Chi Omega (scholarship, philanthropy, etc.) For example, in the philanthropy room, the girls made Valentines Day cards for the children apart of the Make A Wish Foundation. Other rooms included Etiquette 101 and learning new Chi O chants. This event was a great way to introduce the new members into the house and their cabinets, providing quality-bonding time for all of the members!

Kappa Alpha Theta

First snow means Bikini Run and snowball fights! Each year on the night of the first big snow, Thetas throw on their sports gear or bathing suits and run around Sorority Court, embracing the cold and creating memories! March will prove to be a Thetalicious month with initiation, Big/Little week, and Revelations all in the same week! The Thetas have also started a pen pal program with their alumni, helping connect new members with graduated members.

Phi Mu
Big/Little week has come and gone, but each new member was left with presents galore! The picture shown on the left is a group photo that was taken shortly after Phi Mus BIG reveal! Each of the girls are sporting their new family swag and showing the camera some love! This first week of March is I-week for the Phi Mus, as well as Theta and Chi Omega.
