Overview
TheTechnicalWriterwillberesponsibleforwritingtechnicaldocumentsforsoftwaredevelopment projectsinordertodeliverondocumentationforcompanyrequirements.TheTechnicalWriterwill beworkingwithDevelopmentTeamandProductionSupportTeammemberstocapture,document andmanageITrelateddocuments. TheTechnicalWriterwillhaveastrongcommercialexperience,aswellasexperienceindeveloping methodologiesandsupportingprocesses.Aswellasexcellenttechnicalwritingskillswiththeability tounderstandtechnicalconceptsandterminologiesandexpresstheminaclearconcisemanner.

TechnicalDocumentation Technicalwriterwillberesponsibleforcompilingalldocumentationforbusinessrequirementsby workingwiththeDevelopmentandProductionSupportTeammemberstocapture,documentand manageITrelateddocumentsincluding: Liaisewithdepartmentheadsandenduserstodefineidentifybusinessproceduresand establishdocumentationneedsforhardwareandsoftware Updatingofusermanuals WriteandupdateHelpfiles Research,evaluate,andrecommendnewdocumentationtoolsandmethodsinsupport ofdocumentationimprovementefforts. Distilrelevantinformationandpresentthatinformationinaneasytounderstandformat usingtext,photographs,drawings,sketches,diagrams,andcharts Maintaindocumentrepository Contributetoandcommunicatedocumentationstandards,andprovidetrainingwhere required. AnalyseITprojectrequirementstodetermineanddelivertypesofdocumentsneeded. CollaboratewithProductionSupportanddevelopmentstafftocollectandinterpret technicalinformation.

Abilitytoabsorbandretaininformationquickly,specificallycomplextechnicalinformation. Abilitytoanalysetargetaudienceandtopresentideasinuserfriendlylanguage. Provenanalyticalandproblemsolvingabilities.
